I approached the choice of a new assistant without haste, because I needed a car for my family and work.Having monitored the market of used car offers, I realized the price for a used car is too high. I decided to look through the websites of car dealers, a friend advised me to pay attention to Lada Largus, after viewing photos and video reviews of the owners, I decided to contact the Lada dealer in Gomel, so to speak, to see the car live. In the salon .Konstantin Pavlov, a consultant (car sales specialist), approached us.The consultant answered all our questions and survived the test drive in the car. After that, I signed the contract. After a month of waiting, Konstantin called back and said that the ATO had arrived and within a day I could pick up the car (the day was needed to prepare for transfer to the owner), but upon arrival of the car it turned out that the dealer did not have interior mats and trunk in stock (when drafting the contract, the car was supplemented with a protective radiator grid, door sills,windshields and a camlet of winter rubber on iron discs, well, the interior and trunk mats themselves for a fee) and a windscreen, the windshields promised that there would be an arrival this month and the dealer would settle with the mats, they decided that I would buy it elsewhere as receipt is not expected.On March 31, after signing the last documents, I became the owner of a new car. During the inspection of the car, snow fell that day and the weather did not allow to thoroughly inspect the car, since the author was walking in an open area and was covered with snow. I found a small nuance in the field. The rear bumper on the passenger side was not put in place during installation (most likely this happened when installing the rear fenders where they are installed, I can not say) by contacting the dealer, they will fix this error when passing the first one. I rate the work of consultant Konstantin Pavlov by 10 points. Now about the service from the dealer's officials! The first time I contacted the service to install an auto alarm system, I contacted the master in advance (I accepted the order and the car Parakhin K.N) I have clarified everything that is needed and the cost of the work, the auto alarm itself, and set the installation day (07/10/2018).Upon arrival at the service, the car was inspected externally and photographed for the condition of its appearance, handing over the keys to the car, I was driving but not far away, after 20 minutes Parakhin K.N. EVALUATION of the work of the alarm installation service 2 (the cost of work at the dealer exceeds 2 times than to buy it in a car store and use their installation, but our jamb of the engine temperature sensor of the alarm itself is screwed to the cooling duct tape). The alarm is working.I refused for almost a year, I drove 14,500, it was time for the first one, I called the service center by appointment for that scheduled for 9.01.2019 at 9 a.m. In the morning, I drove the design into the service, the inspection remembered about the bumper and the small nuances that appeared during operation, announced the cost of the work (the cost of the work is 316 rubles with spare parts), signed an order (the cost of spare parts is 89.46. the cost of the work is 226.93 in three and a half hours) I left. At 10:35, the master who accepted the car called and said that the car was ready (two and a half hours had passed, the place of three and a half), and even a technological car wash of l/ a 10 rubles is included in this cost. I gave the dealer an hour's work.
