A wonderful beauty and health studio! A convenient training schedule, different fitness directions, you can choose any or go to all. Professional trainers, explain everything in detail, I do it with pleasure🙂 The massage master is a mega-cool specialist, I recommend it! In the salon, you can do eyebrows, pedicures, manicures. In order to save time, I do it in 4 hands (manicure+ pedicure) The atmosphere in the studio is warm, pleasant and comfortable. They will always offer coffee, tea or water with sweets. A pleasant system of discounts and bonuses. The prices are acceptable, the quality of services is consistent. I am very happy that I live next to this wonderful salon!!! I recommend it to everyone.❤

First of all, this salon has a convenient location. Attentive attitude, cozy atmosphere, professionalism of the craftsmen and the administrator, which is very important when choosing!
Special thanks to the massage therapist Natalia, for her sensitive attitude (the volumes have gone, I forgot about back pain, sleep has improved), she always gives recommendations for improving her health, I am very glad that she got to her and I advise everyone!

Thank you for my favorite nude manicure and attention. Delicious coffee and instagrammed coffee serving. Very pleasant. I liked how the entrance to the salon is decorated in a New Year's way and the Christmas tree inside. The salon has a discount system, promotions, contests and charity. I also had a massage. I am also very happy with the massage, professionally. I still want to try fitness, but not how I won't get there.👍

Hello everyone. I'll be going to this salon for a year soon. Initially, I started going here for Pilates. I really like coaches. And the beautiful white hall itself. And all the furniture is in the details, chosen with taste and soul. It is very convenient that you can come to any coach at any time. Because with a small child, it is not always possible to follow the training regime.
I also really like Natalia, she does a great massage. She has a lot of experience and golden hands.
Pedicures and manicures in this salon are also excellent. I've been to different masters. And the quality of work is always excellent for each of them. It is very pleasant that coffee or tea is always offered.
Natalia, the owner of the salon, has selected an excellent team. They are all very cool, and you can see that they work with pleasure. And for me personally, it's also very convenient that I live next door. I've given my friends a certificate for this salon a couple of times. My friends were very pleased. So I definitely recommend the lady in red salon.

I was on a classic massage of the back + neck-collar area, for the first time at all - it hurt in places (I thought it shouldn't with this type of massage)). In general, I liked it - I left with a slight pain in the neck. The masseuse told me about other types of massage (she does a lot of different ones) and advised me on my questions. Minus one star - for the lack of smiles and cordiality from the master and the receptionist - well, the mood is set from the threshold and you want to feel like a welcome client) In general, I recommend massage here. There is also a hardware manicure - pedicure (including regular varnishes), Pilates and stretching

I got here by accident, a colleague gave me a phone number. I called in the morning, had a nice conversation, and was already at training in the evening.
I attended two training sessions in different directions.
