I went to this salon to look at the tiles, examined the tile options, went on to choose) a few days later I got a call and asked if I would return to the salon, but at the moment I put the tile on the floor in another salon, I was offered to buy walls from them but also bought in another salon) after which an employee called me again after learning that the tile was not bought from them, c4 told us what awaits us when our tile rises in a year, etc.

From the good: the range of tiles is very large, for every taste. I didn't like the fact that with the complete absence of buyers and a large number of sales consultants, I had to run after the same consultants. It seems that they are not aimed at sales at all. The presence of tiles on the store's website does not mean that they are available. We also managed to sell a tile with a defect, which was reported only on the day before delivery (thank you for at least informing us). I had to solve the issue of replacing it with a completely different tile. In general, there is a lot to grow and improve in. I probably wouldn't have bought in this store a second time.
