Good evening! I really love Ami shops, but this one is recruitment, of course, there are no words, the purchase consisting of 4 chairs, a table, hangers and cosmetic bags lasted more than 50 minutes, then the cash register froze, then wait, then the wrong chair, then that... I thought I was going through some kind of quest, but everything ended well, one thing I can say is that there is no teamwork of sellers in this store, they just don't care about customers... And basically at each other....these are the impressions! There will be no specifics.... thank you that everything ended well, I just had patience, I really wanted to say a lot to the sellers, and then I realized that they didn't care 😆😆😆

And what exactly does the company need working phones for if they are not picked up?!
The line is free- there is zero reaction, does the customer service work at all? All employees cannot be busy at the same time! Something stores from the massmarket segment constantly differ in the level of complete indifference to customers. No one says to lick from head to toe, but it would be nice to perform basic duties like answering a work number!
