It feels like AMI is still living in the blessed 90s of the last century. Sofa delivery turns into a difficult logistical problem. The driver does not load the sofa, does not carry, there are no friendly movers to order from them, the delivery time will be known in half an hour. How can I order movers myself with this layout? Pay for 2-5 hours waiting for delivery? Nonsense. This is probably the last institution where this issue has not been resolved. Why is it impossible, like some other stores, to be friends with the movers and call them to the customer with a more accurate time (communication with the driver). Everyone would be happy. Instead, the dispatcher offered to negotiate with the neighbors so that they would help)

We bought a chest of drawers from the Slutsk furniture factory in the OMI Furniture store on Kuibyshev Street 40 in Minsk. We paid for the delivery, called the master for assembling the chest of drawers. When he arrived, it turned out that there were two identical parts, and the other was missing. He half assembled the chest of drawers, told us to give him all the money for assembling the chest of drawers - we gave it back. Then we went to Maxim Tank Street to write a statement that one detail was missing, we were told to wait 2 weeks. Today they called and told us to go to Skryganova St. for the missing part. The relative agreed. I called back and said that we had paid for the delivery and would not travel all over Minsk to look for an office to pick up what we had to put in the chest of drawers. They have to bring the part for tomorrow, they told me to wait at home. I don't know what will happen next yet.

Disgusting customer service. I bought a sofa. They promised to do it in two weeks. As a result, they were late and informed about their readiness by phone. Moreover, when the manager called, I couldn't talk and dropped it 2 times. An adequate person would have understood and called back. No, she called insistently. She said on the phone that the sofa was ready and could be picked up. I arrived a day later, paid for it - I was informed that I could not pick it up (I live 70 km away), since there was an audit at the warehouse - THEIR MAJESTY FROM the WAREHOUSE would not be able to ship!!! 21st century). Come back tomorrow. They're calling for tomorrow morning - today is also an audit, and tomorrow will be too! Once again, I am convinced that it is better to deal with those whom you pay when you are ready! Outright rudeness! Don't set foot here anymore... good luck in business!

I was there with my mom, looking for a chair. not only did the young man speak rudely to the consultant, but the person simply does not know the assortment..Okay, we ordered two chairs in half..It was said that it would be ready within 3 weeks. We signed the contract on August 22. There are still no chairs... now is the peak of the arrogance and stupidity of the employees..the first time we called on the phone, we were told that one chair was ready, and would we like to take the second one in a different color? Shta?! Why don't you wear different socks? Or is it still? okay, it was decided not to bother and wait, but again silence.. it is useless to call the numbers in the contract.. then a 72-year-old woman is forced to go to the store herself, where she is simply offered a refund and complains that they have a lot of work.. dear employees. Although, I was still standing there for some time, calling an urgent taxi, because I was very late, the sellers at the checkout did not care at all about the customers, they did not follow what was happening... so, after my unfortunate purchase, there was chaos in the city, and immediately, in hot pursuit, I did not manage to come for her. I live far out of town and we don't have direct transport here, in short, I returned for my hangers only on the 20th of September. Calmly and politely, I approached the sellers and explained the situation. They reluctantly took my check, looked at it for a long time, and then asked in a dissatisfied tone (I pass it verbatim): "And why do you remember about your hangers now?!". I, perplexed, once again tried to explain the situation that after the elections it was scary to go to the city, and in general, I live far away, as it turned out, I came. Like, you can raise the cameras. The cashier left with displeasure, talked for a long time with the senior officer, returned back, joyfully informing that the cameras only write for 2 weeks, and then the rewriting of the next video stream begins. The eldest came right there and very nervously shouted something loudly in high tones from the series where I used to be and that there was no record anymore. People started to turn around and I asked her to talk to me more calmly, because I came in peace and in no way showed any aggression or any negativity in general. The request had to be repeated once more, as the elder's self-control was weak. The seller I contacted initially was extremely unhappy with the whole situation and showed her contempt with her whole appearance. It's hard for me to understand you, dear employees of this store. Of course, working with people is very difficult and yes, it leaves its mark. It's not the first time I've come to see you there. And there was not a single time during my visits that I even felt for a moment that I was welcome here. Guys, if you despise your job, then it's better not to work like that. It is better to find something different and new, something that will please your heart, otherwise no one will be better off: neither you, nor the customers, nor your family.
