I've loved the Lacby brand for over 15 years. She's from Gomel. We have amazing sellers, they will always prompt and advise. This time I made a purchase in Minsk. The salesperson is disgusting, with a disgruntled face, and behaves as if someone had come to her house. At the checkout, I asked if I needed a last name and a first name to save money. The seller reluctantly replied that I could add the purchase to the accumulation, but in the end she did not ask for the full name. I will never return to this store in Minsk again. I read a lot of negative reviews about this seller. One seller is good, but the other is not. The question is, why hasn't the second seller been fired by the store's management yet, if there are so many customer complaints?
