This service is just terrible! We signed up for a spa program for my mom, but instead of meeting her, we waited 15 minutes because the receptionist was late for work. Then the real comedy began: they couldn't find our record, although I wrote to them on Instagram in advance and received confirmation!
When the receptionist finally came, Mom was still accepted, but the massage room was disgustingly dirty — hair on the floor and dust everywhere! She waited for the masseur for 20 minutes, and in the end it turns out that the masseur just forgot about her! This is a complete trash! We had to pack up and leave. How can you ruin a day that was supposed to be a birthday present for my mom like that? This is simply unacceptable!

I like going to the masseuse Taye. She does a very high-quality massage, after which you feel very good.
Once I got to another masseuse, I didn't like it.
The service is average. The employees are trying, but they don't pull for good service.
