For the first time in my 26 years, I tried mochi here. I didn't like it. It's not the house's fault, it's just not my dessert. The coffee shop is not budget-friendly, the dessert is about 12-13 rubles. The barista is a little distracted, distracted by the phone.

I gave you a pack and look and figure it out for yourself. There were no identification marks on the pack, Arabica or Robusta. the raf is even less tolerable, but it was overheated, I was very burned, which also spoiled the impression. Americano... unfortunately was terrible. burnt is very bitter and unpleasant to the taste. for this, minus 2 stars, and in the end, broken dishes and dirty tables. the window would also like to be wiped. for this, the total is minus 3 stars.
if you had only come for moti and left, all 5 would have been there. in no case would I want to offend anyone, but I would like you to improve all the disadvantages that there are. mochi is really the most delicious.

Cappuccino is cool, with a "liquid" foam. It was served without the spoons that appeared after the request. I embellished the situation a little - a good Americano. Every time I go to get a manicure in this house, I run into Lameira. I really like the most delicate meringue roll with cherries. And the owners made a nice interior. It was especially cool for Christmas and New Year. There are no photos, because I don't have time to do it: I immediately want to eat this dessert.

Yesterday we were at a cafe with friends and were just disappointed! When they came, there were a lot of dishes on the tables and asked to be cleaned (after all, 2 people worked, but there were few people) in the end, they cleaned and wiped the table themselves, the dishes were moved to another table and sat for about an hour and these dishes were not cleaned until the last, well, okay. We stood for a long time waiting for the order to be accepted, and the blonde girl at that moment discussed and complained about her schedule, did not say hello, but that's not scary either. We took sugar to the company and put it on the table and we hear a scream - sugar in place (we didn't even think about it) as a result, the girl runs up snatches sugar with aggression and says "what is not clear that sugar needs to be put in place? "some kind of aggressive barista! So at this moment, no one needed this sugar, we would drink drinks and put it in place.
And another big minus is that there was no alternative milk available!!!
I didn't want to leave a negative comment, since we periodically buy your mochi, but they are really very tasty, and then for the first time we came to a cafe with friends to sit, but after such an attitude, we came out on the negative :(

This cafe has a big problem with feedback. It's already boiling over. How many times have you written on Instagram about the presence of moti- they respond after a few hours, or they don't respond at all. We came a few times just for nothing. My insta comment about this issue was deleted and nothing was written in my personal messages. Unpleasant. One gets the feeling that the guests of the institution don't seem to care. Finally do something about it. A complete inconvenience. Also, when you place an order through a telegram bot, they call and tell you that they will no longer make mochi and there are none available. I feel that it's time to look for mochi in another institution, it's problematic here.

Baristas are not always pleasant, some people are completely reluctant to answer questions.

We visited purposefully to try mochi/mochi (daifuku). judging by the permanent queue, they are in demand, but I did not get away from the word at all(. pumpkin latte lacked brightness (the taste of the pumpkin itself and spices). the pitch is good.
the price tags are average. not everything was available from the menu. the room is small, a little stuffy. in the paintings, the midges and alstroemeria in the vases withered. I didn't see the tables being wiped after the guests. The toilet is super: good paper, a large mirror, a roller for clothes.

Mochi is delicious, tender, soft, and cold.... We tried it with strawberries, cherries and peaches.
