I learned about Laminado from the Alfa-Bank application - Laminado is their cashback partner (7%). This circumstance, combined with the fact that the store is close to home, determined everything. In addition, it is far from everywhere now that you can find thick linoleum with a good protective coating and a "not a board" pattern. There was one here. I also liked the baseboard. But what is missing is the sills and dowel nails. If they were offered here, I would save time. And so - everything is fine: sellers, delivery, stacker. :)

Buying laminate flooring in this store, I was so pleasantly surprised by the approach to me . I have been to many other salons before, but I have not met such an attitude and customer orientation anywhere else as in Laminado

I bought a pvc floor skirting board the other day. Three different colors and in different quantities.
At home, I chose the colors on the store's website, and pointed at the samples in the store. The order was accepted and the amount was called more than it was on the site.
To the question "why is it more expensive?" they replied that I had chosen an 85-width baseboard. He asked if there were the same colors, but of a smaller width.
They said there is. Same manufacturer, same colors.
We have reissued the order for baseboards of a smaller width.
The delivery to the store took two days.
When I picked it up, two colors were in boxes, and one was wrapped in film.
I asked "is it worth checking", they replied "that everything is in order, they definitely can't mess up in the warehouse."
It turned out that the warehouse was really not messed up. They messed up in the store.
Of the three colors, only black was correct and in the right amount.
And I found out when people came to install the baseboards.
I'm calling the store. The girl says we can change it, but the delivery will be on Friday evening. It's Wednesday. And people have already arrived to put up skirting boards.
As a result, the workers took me with the baseboards to the warehouse of the store, which is located at the other end of the city.
At the warehouse, I found out that this is not the first time the store has been messing up. The person who replaced the baseboards was very "glad".
I had to pay the workers to take me and the baseboards to the warehouse and back.
As a result, there are 4 skirting boards that the store does not want to take back, referring to the fact that the warehouse does not accept returns.
Because of this store, I got extra hassle and extra money spent that I didn't plan to spend.
I don't recommend contacting laminado.
It is better to buy in any construction store. Then at least you can return it without any problems.
In the photo, a color that doesn't fit anything at all.

1. A couple of days after refusing to accept a refund, I came to the store with skirting boards. The girl was surprised at first, because she refused to refund me. But in the end, I accepted the baseboards, having issued a refund.
2. The next day, the founder of Laminado contacted me and apologized for all the inconvenience. He offered compensation for the fact that I myself went to change the skirting boards at the warehouse.
In my opinion, the attitude of the founder to the customer is how the sellers in the store should act. After all, I communicate and place an order with them, not with the founder.
But this is their inner kitchen.
I hope they figure it out.

I live in a house on Alibegova Street, so distance played a role in my choice. I read reviews on the Internet, divided 50-50, went downstairs with the child. What can I tell you, yes, the stall is like everywhere with laminate, it reminded me of the 2000s on Malinovka or Uruchye. We looked at the samples, the girl said that their prices were recommended by the manufacturer. I got into the net and made sure that their prices were higher, not much, but higher. Therefore, the stall is like everywhere else.
P.S. Do not smoke in front of the entrance, it already pisses me off, I came in with a child and breathed this smoke.

I decided to go. The consultant seems to be normal, but when you start using samples, there is no such thing, there is no such thing. I compared the prices on the Internet, they are much higher. I didn't like the salon, I bought tarkett laminate from them. They promised delivery the next day. The next day, no one contacted me, despite the fact that I had already paid for the order. In the morning, after the day of delivery (supposedly delivery). I called the salon myself, where they replied that they were not aware that the laminate had not been delivered to me. I explained to the new manager for a long time that the day before yesterday I ordered and paid for the laminate, she tried for a long time to find out who I was, where my contract was, etc. As a result, the laminate was brought only in the evening of the specified day at about 22 o'clock, when the child was already sleeping at home. Laminate flooring is not provided for lifting to the floor.
Bottom line: there is no level of service, customers are forgotten immediately after payment. There is no delivery! The prices are really higher than the competitors. I was bribed by the fact that the salon was next to the house, but as it turned out, this is not a reason that the laminate will be delivered to you quickly!
