I live in this house and that's the only reason I order for the current item. I go to it regularly, previously I thought it was so coincidental that the employees were "out of sorts", but today I realized that this is their norm of command.
I have never seen a worse attitude towards people and things anywhere. I agree with the comments about rudeness and "torment" of employees. The workers of the point throw and throw everything, freak out, communicate as if you caused them a blood grudge with your visit.

Be prepared for a Soviet-style approach of "there are many of you, but I am alone", "you need to, you do it", even if you will be alone at the pick-up point. I ordered 4 things with a fitting. The first call was when I was asked "in no case to confuse the bags" (meaning the bags in which the goods were stacked). I tried it on, 3 out of 4 positions fit the size, went to the checkout, asked to pack my purchases, because "I won't be able to do it neatly," to which the employee of the pick-up point said "I don't know how to pack properly myself" (they say, pack yourself). He turned around and left, he didn't want to leave blood money in this company.
I decided to "help get better." I called the call center, where they read out to me in a tired voice the standard response according to the script that they were sorry, and the employee would be "sent for additional training." But, as I learned later from knowledgeable people, this talented employee has been working there for a long time, is rude to everyone, while completely satisfied with the employer, so the complaint was a waste of time.
I do not recommend it.
