Windows was demolished to fix problems with the Wi-Fi adapter (they said that the problem was software — with drivers). After the warranty expired, the problem did not just return, but the Wi-Fi completely fell off! The problem turned out to be physical, not software!!! Money is wasted, as a bonus, files were lost during reinstallation, which we could not extract from the program cache.

I gave the laptop for diagnostics. Firstly, I called twice to clarify the information. In response, we will clarify and call you back. In the end, no one called back. More than two hours between calls. But this is just the beginning.… When I called for the third time, they said that the video chip was dead (the power button was on, but the screen was not on) and the repair would cost from 800 rubles. It seemed strange to me, because there is a built-in graphics card. I read it, it doesn't look like a graphics card. The laptop costs 3060 Ti. It's not the cheapest card. As a result, I decided to take the laptop. I double-checked at home to make sure everything was in place, and decided to try resetting the basic Bios settings. Everything is working! I only hope for one thing - that they did not diagnose at all. Draw your own conclusions.

They promised to call back after "opening" the laptop, agree on the price and inform about the deadline, but they did not. When issuing the laptop, they refused to accept payment by card, which was not warned in advance. It was lucky that I happened to have cash with me, because the laptop was needed urgently. It is expensive, the level of service absolutely does not correspond to the cost of services.

This is the second time I have contacted Technohelp. And in the future, if there is a need to repair laptops, I will only contact you here. The last time I handed over my laptop for repair (near the house), where they said that it was beyond repair, nothing could be done. And in Technohelp they consulted, made a free diagnosis and, as a result, everything was repaired perfectly (it turns out it is possible if you are a really good master). It's a pity that you can't put less. They brought a laptop charger, the plug came off. In the workshop, they first offered to replace the wire (working), which they refused and asked to replace the plug or repair the existing one. An hour later, the master called and said that there was "no voltage in the charger, the problem is in the brain." We decided to pick it up anyway. As a result, we received a cut-off wire (why is still unclear) and doubts about the competence of the "specialist". I strongly disliked the following: - Damage to the working part of the device is a cut-off wire, although initially the request was only to replace the plug - False when specifying the amount of work - when checking with a simple multimeter after your work, the power supply unit showed the voltage stated by the manufacturer, although according to the assurance "there was no voltage" - The complete incompetence of the "specialist" was especially killed by the fact that after spending several hours searching for the right plug, restoring the cut wire and other procedures, the work was still done, and independently. Apparently, there was no hope for qualified professional help.
