I gave my coat there, there is no doubt that they cleaned it at all, because the day before I came to my sister with a dog and there was wool on the coat. When I opened my coat at home, the wool was in place. The only change I noticed was a strange smell. And not cleaning products - it feels like they just sprayed it with vanilla air freshener.
I will not bring anything else there and I will advise my friends not to go there!
