I am a regular customer of Lavazza. It's not the first time I've drunk tierra in the last two weeks, it tastes stronger than cream. It's hard to drink. Bitter, although it shouldn't be like that.
Today is 22.02. There is 1 person in the queue in front of me, I wait for about 5 minutes. The baristas are in no hurry, as if they don't care at all. You can also tie the shoelaces during the service process, then give the coffee. Do not give a tray, it is not very convenient to carry all the cups in your hands. I had to ask for water for coffee twice. Take some measures.

They wanted to place an order for a large coffee filter, the girls refused to accept the order, arguing that the filter was over and they were not going to cook a new one, since it was too late at 16:00 and they would not sell what they would cook, I'm not talking about the fact that their drip coffee machine is capable of preparing one serving, but this says a lot about the service, the ability to talk to guests and the professionalism of the barista, this is the very moment when the brand and image of the institution are spoiled by the staff, thank you for the delicious coffee.

I decided to give the coffee shop a chance (I sincerely don't like the Lavazza brand, but I decided to go on the recommendations of my friends). Bottom line: the milk is whipped well in one drink, and in the second it is overheated. Apparently, by the end of the shift, the baristas do not consider it necessary to monitor the grinding and give high-quality coffee - the drinks were very bitter, which is clearly not typical for the selected grain.

Maybe I didn't buy anything this time, but I love coffee and often bought it at Lavazza. I won't do it now.
