I ordered a bouquet for Mother's Day. The bouquet is not bad, more or less, the delivery is super, but the correspondence in Yandex.direct.....I had to drag out every word, the seller answered every few hours and one word at a time, called the wrong amount for payment, did not specify either the recipient's name or a convenient delivery time, nothing. It felt like I broke into the seller's house and extorted a bouquet😅 It is clear that there is a lot of workload during the holidays, etc. But please teach sellers how to correspond, it's really important🫶🏼
