A cozy cafe with Italian cuisine. If you want to plunge into Italy, then here. Coffee and desserts are worthy of respect. Of the minuses, this is the speed of delivery and service, you need to improve a little :)

We go to this restaurant regularly, the veal medallions are simply divine!
I like that the restaurant has a cozy atmosphere, trained staff and reasonable prices. To sit and have a delicious meal for two with wine will cost about 30 thousand tenge.

The staff is friendly, but not very attentive. However, later I noticed the call button, and this issue was resolved. I think having this button relaxes the staff.
The atmosphere is pleasant. The kitchen is good, delicious, the portions are large, the cooking time is not stressful.
There is no wine on the main menu. There are "red and white, dry and sweet" by the glasses. I took a dry white one - I didn't like it.
Pear pie and Sicilian tea are delicious, although there is a little more dough in the pie than we would like.

I didn't like it. The interior is pleasant, but there is a deception of visitors: mozzarella cheese was indicated on the menu as part of the risotto, but to bring me a dish with a ball of grated ordinary cheese on top, making sure that neither the Greek salad nor the risotto were worth spending money on, I asked for a book of complaints, said that in the menu indicates mazzarella, and the cheese that was used was not it, I was told that mazzarella was used in cooking, and parmesan was used for serving. The cook has an amazing skill - to be able to twist grated parmesan into an airy ball... An exchange, a brazen deception to the face. Actually, I decided that I should write to the complaint book when the neighbors brought pizza margarita, and there was also clearly used cheap cheese, such a bright color. In the Greek salad, cheap feta was used, not the one with consumption and +- crumbly, no, the one that is a single layer and elastic, it also had a strange smell. Olives and olives had a slightly certified appearance, wooden salad leaves. The salmon in the risotto was wooden too, it also looked cherished, I do not know what they did with the products, so that all together it would be so tasteless and unpleasant - it is also a kind of talent to spoil the products. In the complaint book, I saw another entry about fake cheese a week ago, it became clear that the situation was apparently encouraged by the administrations, since nothing had changed since then.

The service is at the highest level, the waiters are very attentive, there is a corner for children, cozy, bright, the food was brought quickly, the pizza and fries were very pleasant to the children, the pasta is wonderful, there are no words, but the signature dish is chicken lasagna a little dry, a lot of tomato, little cheese, a little overexposed, more dough than it should be.
