The hotel is good. Nice and comfortable rooms. But there is one huge problem that prevents people from returning here. This is the lack of sound insulation. The hotel is located in a medical center and cleaning starts on the top floor at 6 a.m. This movement of chairs, furniture, and clacking did not stop for more than 2 hours. Moreover, the girl at the reception said that they complain about cleaning all the time, but no one takes any measures. As a result, I couldn't get enough sleep. We spent more for the rooms than for renting an apartment or another hotel. Therefore, before choosing this hotel, think twice. And if you are a light sleeper, then rent an apartment better, it's unlikely that cleaning starts at 6 a.m.

The hotel is located on the 7th floor of the medical center. Of course, the staff was friendly..
But the impression of the hotel in the medical center is so-so.. it feels like I'm in a hospital).)
They warmed up the boiling water and brought it to the room, you probably can't heat it yourself.
There is no shoe spoon in the room.
The bathroom is an ordinary council room..
The cabin's abutments to the wall are covered in plaque and rust..
There is no water pressure..I had to catch the pressure in the shower))..
There is no breakfast, lunch and dinner are nearby in the courtyard: a Georgian restaurant (you need to go out in the cold)..
In general, I do not recommend it, except in the case that there is nothing else available..

Pros: clean, tidy, comfortable double bed, free Parking.
Cons: there is no kettle, microwave, refrigerator (available at the reception), only 5-6 channels on TV, no cutlery, hair dryer, shoe spoons. It was stuffy in the room without air conditioning. And it's a little noisy from the railway with the window open. Since about 9 a.m., some chairs began to be moved around the neighborhood, unnecessary noise
Overall, we had a good rest. But next time I'll choose something more comfortable.

The hotel is located near the center, there is Parking. The rooms themselves are located on the 7th floor of the medical center. The rooms are quite nice, clean; spacious enough, put gel / shampoo in bags, there is water in the cooler in the corridor; there are no air conditioners and a hair dryer in the rooms. And one more thing, it is located next to the railway tracks. We walked in the Deep Freeze, so we slept without hind legs)))

I can't say anything about the hotel itself, because I didn't have a chance to visit this wonderful institution. We made a reservation through the website back on June 13 and all confirmations came to the mail, but on July 6, almost a month later, we received a message on Viber saying that an error had occurred and we would not be able to check you in, at that time there were problems in the family and to figure out that there was no time, we canceled the trip. But lo and behold, on July 16, a letter from the hotel arrives in the mail: "You have a reservation, we are waiting for you, preparing, etc." So the question is what are you preparing for? Why about cancellation of the reservation, program failure, etc. You inform the client via Viber, not by calling, with no apologies, nothing, and if I have already bought tickets, made plans, apparently the managers just don't care. And most importantly, after I wrote to them on Viber about the letter with a reminder of the reservation, it was suddenly canceled, a miracle of the 21st century in action. Customer orientation is at the highest level. I wish good luck to those who are going to stay at this hotel.

We stopped by for one night in June 2023. They did not book in advance, they put us in a room with separate beds. Pros: clean, modern. Cons, there are more of them: 1) the biggest disadvantage is the mattresses. Completely made of foam rubber. Have you tried sleeping on them yourself? They are completely wrinkled, like in a hammock. Call you for this. 2) There is a railway station under the window. Summer, heat. Either you sleep like on a train, or in the heat. We chose closed windows. 3) there is no refrigerator, kettle. 4) terrible sound insulation, you can hear everyone, especially how the front doors are constantly slamming (the room opposite the entrance) The room, in principle, to spend the night, no more. It is located in a medical center, which is also somewhat strange.

I had to check with the administrators of this medical center: where is the hotel anyway? It turned out to be right there on the 7th floor.

The floor is very quiet and hotel-style and modern. And the rooms are also cozy and stylish. Kettle, TV, shower, toilet, everything is clean, the bed is soft and the linen is snow-white.

Clean, comfortable, cozy. Cheaper than other hotels. We walked around half the city. The hotel itself is located on the 7th floor, but this is not critical, because there is an elevator. There was a TV and glasses in the room. The kettle is at the reception. The water in the cooler is also at the reception. There is also a shower and toilet in the room. I really enjoyed spending the night there. The staff is friendly.

Many people write that they are confused that the hotel is located in the medical center. Yes it is. This is the 7th floor. The rooms are clean and spacious. I think the price tag is adequate. There is parking nearby. The only thing is there are no breakfasts, but they have a restaurant in the building on the side, I wasn't there, but the prices on the menu raised questions. I ended up having breakfast in a coffee shop in the city.

The hotel is located in the Lazar medical complex on the 7th floor. There is no air conditioning or normal ventilation in the shower. Although everything seems to look neat and tidy. Low pressure shower water. It's barely flowing. It's hot and cold, you can't adjust it. It was quite stuffy to sleep. If you open the windows, you can hear the trains. So air conditioning in the rooms would be very useful here. Only 7 free channels are shown on TV. The rest, apparently, were never paid.

The railway under the windows will squeeze out your brain on Nov. There is no refrigerator in the single room, no kettle, no hair dryer. There are not even cutlery. So the option is just to spend the night and eat downstairs in Pirosmani (but it's expensive there)
