The store is great. We often shop here. I gave two stars for the behavior of the cashier at the checkout. We took their branded shopping bag, because we bought a lot of things. So at the checkout, we were told that we had to put all the things out of the bag on the cashier's table ourselves. Plus, the cashier said that we also have to hang the bag in the place where we took it. It seems that they are doing us a great favor by simply taking payment for the purchased items. It's a good thing they didn't force you to detach magnets and punch barcodes. I am very surprised by such service.

I often go to take a look))) I'm not buying anything, I'm just interested in the pricing of this store))) so the last time I came across a sundress for 59 rubles... at a "discount", but the price tag under the price tag said that they tried to sell this sundress for 19.99 rubles 🤣🤣🤣 somehow it turns out to be interesting))) well, but the mood was lifted))) jeans were of such a high quality and remained... In general, the conclusion is this: There are many stores in which the price / quality ratio is much better. And in general, 4 years ago I bought Cargo pants in De Facto (I think I wrote it correctly, but it's not accurate) so far they have not been demolished, although maybe I was just lucky.

I was in the Waikiki store on 02/24/2024.The service by the cashier at the checkout is boorish. a person does not know how to work with people at all. There is no desire to visit such a store anymore (although the work of sales consultants in the hall is excellent) I made a purchase at 10.30

For the head! Before hiring a consultant, make sure that they at least understand the basic dimensions!!! Okay, in outerwear, they figured out that you need to add 6 to get a normal size for the CIS countries, but as for jeans, this is generally a complete lack of knowledge of sizes. Your consultants do not understand the size grid at all, but they discuss it very well, without hesitating in the expressions of your store's customers!

When I start calling, no one picks up the phone. It is not possible to obtain any information. If there was a situation on the contrary, then everything would be studied from the camera and found the next day, and if a person with bags on his hands forgot but paid off, then this is the norm.
