Very beautiful, convenient in terms of location and arrangement, water park! Large parking lot. Comfortable bracelets! Magnificent lockers that close and open from the same bracelets. There is a children's pool with slides and, moreover, with warmer water than in all other pools and slides in the water park! If you are worried about your children that they will freeze, then this is not about this water park. Of course, there are places with draughts, but there are few of them and they are mostly located in the passageways with the outdoor area of the water park! There is a food court, pool bars. A decent spa area! There are baths for different temperature preferences! The slides are just amazing!!! There are tougher ones where the heart stops!!!) There are slides that are more gentle on your heart, but do not spare emotions for the positive! There are some minor flaws, but it's more individual for everyone than the cons! As a result, you will be delighted with the visit-definitely!!!

We decided to visit the lebyazhy water park on August 22. The impressions were disgusting. I'll start over:
Huge queues for EACH slide. We understand that it's summer, everyone wants to enjoy it. But make some kind of restriction of visitors, because this is impossible! You take 4 hours, of which 3 are standing in queues.
Some of the slides just didn't work - there was no warning about it on the site. But only at the counter in the water park itself - it's cool to find out about it when we were driving from another city.
We also decided to visit the SPA area. It was as disgusting as possible... I can't say that I'm so squeamish, but everything looked terrible and miserable. 3 baths/zones out of 7 did not work. Naturally, we wanted to visit everything. There was no warning about this anywhere.
They wrote to the complaint book. I received a reply / unsubscribe - yes, I am aware that there are huge queues and a lot of visitors, but that's it :)) You have to earn money, right?
The very condition of the water park is very sad - mold, rust, dirt.
Once again, I would definitely not visit Lebyazhy

Pros: large water park, enough slides, warm water, lots of staff, two aquazones (outdoors and indoors), spa treatments, surfing simulator, food inside the aquazone.
Cons: long queues, quite expensive
The water park is good.
You can buy tickets online, come and scan the barcode from your phone. At the same time, the live queue on the day of arrival (Monday, the end of August) was incredibly large (200+ people). There were 10 people in line for Internet tickets.
The administrators are friendly, explain everything, and meet halfway in some matters.
We spent the whole day at the water park. The queues for the popular (large) slides are quite long (20-40 minutes). There are rescuers every 20 meters, which is good. You can eat right on the territory of the water park by paying for food with a bracelet. There is a bar right in the aquazone. The water is warm, we haven't frozen all day. You can rent a towel and a bathrobe. There are enough sun beds in the open water zone, but I didn't really want to lie down.

This time we were in one of the steam rooms, where we got into a verbal altercation with a rude woman who said that she works at the water park, but is currently resting. It was on September 3 (between 13.00 and 15.00), if she really is your employee, then this is terrible! But if you forget about this woman, then the rest is very cool!!!

The water park is not bad. But there are a few buts. Why are there such locker rooms? Why is it not possible, as in any sports club, to divide simply into women's and men's locker rooms?? The place allows it. I think that this water park does not hold more than 2000 people, how many boxes.
We were lucky. We arrived at 10.30 a.m. on May 3rd. There were few people. Everything was prompted and explained.
A question for the cafe. People want to eat, and there is 1 girl working at the checkout in the cafe. There are no questions for her. The speed is therefore not high. Why not put 1 more person. It's clear why. Time is ticking. The staff keeps an eye on everything. They don't let you mess around. Many slides did not work.
In my opinion, if you drive here during rush hour, then you will stand on the slides for 15 minutes, and like herring in a jar.

I love this water park! And there are a lot of slides. Different. And a playground. And SPA, hydro massage. There are a lot of people, it happens normally.
Outdoor swimming pool in summer. In winter, there is also an outdoor pool and barrels of hot water. There are enough staff. They change places. Friendly people.
The prices, of course, are not small, if for the whole family. But we don't go to the water park every week either. Thank you for the discounts. It's more realistic to get in with them.
The water bar. There is a place where you can eat. The prices there are also high. But, without competition, this is expected.
Overall, my impressions are good!

A good water park for our latitudes (certainly not the same as in hot resort areas). The best impressions will be in the hot summer (when the outdoor part of the water park is open). In winter, it will definitely help to unwind, distract from the gray cold days (then, in addition to the slides, the sauna complex of the water park "comes in" perfectly.

The water park is great! It was in the summer of 2023, I want more. There are many slides of different types for both children and adults. There are several pools, the water is warm, there is an inner part of the water park and an outdoor one.
Sun beds, rafts for sliding down slides, armbands for children in abundance. The staff is polite, answers all questions, helps visitors. There are a lot of people in the water park, but there is enough space for everyone. So I really liked everything.

Do not ask the instructors anything, they answer everyone with a dissatisfied expression. If you go on a roller coaster, then go in closed shoes that will not fly off while riding. I'll tell you why, but because there's urine on the stairs, the smell. On average, the queue for the slides lasts from 5 to 15 minutes. For the first time, it is difficult to understand where to go, what and how, to what. Hold the bracelet tightly, because if you lose it, you will be able to pick up your belongings from the cell for a fee, namely, to pay for the bracelet. Magnets are expensive, we bought several magnets with the hope that the photo would be sent to us electronically, but they did not send it, because such a service is only on weekdays. Prepare in advance and mentally to be ready for anything.

I've been to this water park several times and the feeling has remained the same: big, but poorly organized.
1) At the entrance, they were given key bracelets, but they were not warned that they should not be worn with a smart watch. Because the NFC chip in the key bracelet is weaker than in the watch and it is buggy!(As a result: the bracelet closed the locker, but refused to open or show the locker number at all. I had to wait for the programmer, look for and open several lockers, as well as listen from him that we can't open all the lockers like that. I.e. if I don't remember which locker number, and the bracelet doesn't show it, should I stay with the child in swimming trunks?!)
2)Queues for the slides are a separate story.)
At the level where the slides are located, there is a large space that can be arranged so that people wait at this level, and not stretch all the way down the stairs. Also, pay attention to the infographics of the slides: nowhere along the way is it depicted which slide is at what age, etc. I stood with the child for 20 minutes on the last slide. The instructor saw me and my son for the last 10 minutes, but only when the turn came to us, he said that we could not go on this slide because of insufficient height and weight. Really, can't we say this before?! Okay, that's the lyrics)
3) In the bar area, the cocktails are so sweet that even the child did not finish it.

We were on a weekday in June. We arrived especially early (11 a.m.) in the hope of comfort without crowds of people. The water park is good, but there were still a lot of people. Most of the time is spent standing in line. You need to stand for 15-20 minutes to roll down the hill. Outside, all the sun beds and seats are also occupied. There's a crowd in the pool too. I don't see any point in spending money for queuing and bathing in a crowd as a vacation. This is not a vacation. Disappointed. We won't go any more.(

The bracelets were issued with a warning that 20 rubles were lost. damn, they really don't hold up well, my husband caught them with his hand, and he is very careful, children's bracelets have generally been the last two wars. the closed slides managed to be rolled in 30 minutes, and then everything-the buzz was over. people are coming in a steady stream. when buying a subscription for 4 hours, you do not want to stand in line for 1 slide for 50 minutes at all. people get nervous, children get cranky. the weather was cool, the street slides opened at 11.30, but we were no longer interested, and the queue from the second ascent was not happy. We left the water park after 3 hours and 30 minutes. There was no point in sitting in the pools for us. Cheesecakes are soft. we have been to water parks in other countries, where cheesecakes are elastic, if anything, they are immediately pumped up, I did not observe this here. in general, I would not recommend this water park to people who have been to such places in the same beach hotels. the park administration is very greedy, it is necessary to somehow introduce a quota for visits so that people ride, and not stand and swear in queues. Why this nonsense with coupons, like in a clinic or at the post office, and wait for you to be called. I came everywhere, showed it at the entrance, put a bracelet on my arm and went in. And the boorish attitude also killed me when I asked why one cash register was working? The woman felt bad in the queue, why the Split does not work, a guy of about 20 years old answered me: "we don't keep anyone here, you don't like it, you can leave." 🤦🏻♀️

The slides are so-so and for each queue for half an hour, there are not enough cheesecakes, people wait until they are free for 20-30 minutes too, the locker rooms are dirty, the floor is not washed at all, I have not seen a single cleaner in 4 hours. There are no towels, a hair dryer is available for rent for money 😂
Although entrance tickets are not cheap, for a family of 4 people the entrance cost 310 BR (Russian 9580 rubles for 4 hours).
The pool under the roof stinks of urine, the staff is rude, service and maintenance 👎 I would say there is none at all, from the word at all.
There are also not enough sun beds, the food in the cafe is not tasty, everything is expensive, but it is not tasty and there is always something missing. The cafe does not have a Split and there is no hood, the cash register works alone, again there is a queue for an hour.
And even to get away from there, you have to stand in line to pay for the bracelet, and guess why, yes, just one cash register again and one person serves (although 3 cash desks are installed). They take good money, considering that there is no need to pay only for air, but greedy, they save even in the light, in the locker rooms and storage rooms there is light, as in the basement, one lamp for the entire corridor.
