I cannot ignore the terrible attitude of Svetlana Semenova, an employee of the Lebyazhy water park. My dissatisfaction is due to the fact that I expected to receive high-quality service, but instead I was faced with rudeness and disrespect.
At the very first moment when I asked for help, Svetlana answered me with obvious disdain, which was extremely unpleasant. I understand that working in the service sector can be difficult, but this does not justify rudeness and lack of politeness.
It is also worth noting that Svetlana showed no desire to help solve my problem, but only waved me off and sent me to other employees. This attitude towards clients is unacceptable and requires serious review.
I hope that the management of the Lebyazhy Aquapark will pay attention to such incidents and take measures to improve the quality of service. Otherwise, I do not recommend this water park to those who appreciate a respectful and courteous attitude.

Visited the water park on 4.11.24
I paid for a spa + aquazone for myself and a 10-year -old child.
The spa area is a complete disappointment - half a star. Cold, damp baths do not give the impression of a spa. A lot of people , the spa pool is packed ( no control over the number of people )
I went in once, went through all the baths, and went out into the aqua zone.
There was no desire to enter the spa anymore .
3-star aquazone. These huge Buns for two people , and if the child always goes alone ? We took turns pulling this bun ((((
The most wonderful memories of aunts in the wardrobe . There is no explanation at the checkout …

We came to Minsk from Russia for spring holidays with a child of 11 years old. We also visited the water park for a change. The impressions were good. We took tickets to 2 zones at once. The child rolled on the slide, where they let him go without adults. I swam in a river pool with a swim in the open air. There are also two barrels of warm water. I visited all the sauna baths, I really liked the aroma sauna.
Of the minuses, these are not very comfortable locker rooms, a common area and you have to go to the rental desk for a hairdryer.

Minsk water park "Lebyazhy". We were on a day off in the summer. I can't say that I was impressed. It seemed a little cramped to me. There are two children's areas, one smaller in the closed part and a large one on the street. Although, it seems to me, it would be better to do the opposite. There were summers when the outdoor part of the water park was open and there were still quite a lot of children inside on the children's slides. The staff strictly monitors the implementation of the rules. During the visit, the water disappeared on the slides and the malfunction was fixed for about 30 minutes, respectively, it was only possible to swim or sunbathe. There are several catering outlets on the territory, but I have not visited them. In the outdoor area, in addition to slides, there is a swimming pool and sun beds. I didn't like the fact that the wind blows through the open area quite strongly.

We decided to go to the water park on one of the days of rest. It is best to go in the morning, we went by 10.00, and the park opens at 08.00. The earlier, the better! Every hour the number of people increases exponentially, and the queues on some slides are prohibitive. 4 hours was enough for us, many people take it for 8 hours or for the whole day. The slides are great, lots of pools, outdoor and indoor areas! The children are delighted! Clean pools and grounds! I recommend it to everyone!

I liked the aqua zone, the slides are interesting, high and long, there are plenty of buns and there was always enough, the water is warm (but if it gets cool, you can warm up in the Jacuzzi and in wooden barrels with warm water outside), an excellent children's town with slides for the youngest (in the indoor area) and for children a little older (on the street). Cafe in the indoor area and on the street where you can have a snack and drink soft drinks and beer) An excellent spa area in which everyone will find a steam room to their liking and next to a font and a large swimming pool. The control system is perfectly organized through bracelets with which you can buy everything you need and open and close the locker. Of the cons: during the start of work, there are 2 cash desks out of 10 (or how many there are in total) when there are a lot of people. We stood for 1.5 hours to buy a ticket. There were a lot of people, but the territory allows them to be accommodated, but the organization of the descent from the slides sucks. I have not seen such long queues anywhere (I stood on one of the slides for 42 minutes), it is simply not possible to eat on the street there is a swarm of wasps, an hour before the end of work they began to shout every 5 minutes, throw the bass during, otherwise we will see you tomorrow. I have a whole hour of rest. Which I paid for, and they won't shut up. And one more minus is expensive (Otherwise I recommend it. We will not forget this holiday, and the children will not be silent with delight for a long time)

A huge complex of water slides, there are also baths of different types of their disadvantages. I can take into account that not all categories, there are only a couple of Finnish and hammam, which I personally like. There is also a bar right on the water, I'm not sure if it works correctly, but what I saw was impressive.
The smell of chlorine, as well as in all other pools, I did not notice anything radically bad. The staff is friendly, although I can't remember anything good, the work is done well.
I would recommend staying there for about 2-3 hours at most, since it can get boring over time, when you try all the slides several times it gets boring, there are also age-related slides that are really scary (in a good sense of the word). I would recommend lebyazhy for people in the company of about two or three people, including because there are boats for several people in the slide.

Most of the slides had to queue for almost 20-30 minutes per slide. They seemed to have a good time, but in some places it smelled like urine. I personally did not like the spa, there is nothing special. Maybe it's a matter of taste) The pool with hydromassage is the same as in the general aqua zone. The hammam didn't seem to be anything, I just stood, because if I sat down there was a smell of urine. In the Russian steam room there were norms, you can't steam). You need to stay in the oil bath for at least 30 minutes to have any effect.

Great water park, lots of slides. But there are 2 disadvantages, probably like in all water parks.
1 - there was a long queue at the ticket offices, but we solved the problem, ordered online tickets so as not to stand in line with friends, there were 5 of us, we passed quickly.
2 - there was a long queue for steep slides, there were 40 minutes on the red hill
But where I have not been, for example, the Golden Bay in Gelendzhik, Where we stood for more than an hour on the slide in line and 2 hours at the checkout in 2016

A wonderful water park. We got there successfully, we managed to buy tickets in 15 minutes, but this is not always possible. There were relatively few people on Sunday, which we realized one by one. In 8 hours, we managed to go around all the slides 2-3 times, and on some even 4 times. In the end, it already got a little boring, maybe it was worth taking a spa area + going to eat. If you are going to eat there, then it is worth considering that it is more expensive to do this than outside the water park, so consider this in your budget in advance.

When selling and surfing, they say that the subscription is valid for 90 days, but in fact it is 60. Information about the validity period is not explicitly indicated on the website or on the subscription itself.
I wrote in the complaint book - in fact, I even waited for the previous person to finish it. Apparently, this is a common thing for them.
