A wonderful restaurant! All the dishes are very tasty: meat, without exception, soft; fresh fruits; well-selected sauces; unique desserts. Good staff. Wonderful atmosphere: calm, cozy. There are two halls for those who prefer something (either with live music, or with calm music and a beautiful view). I really liked everything with the company, we will definitely come back again! :)

We were in Minsk for the New Year holidays with children, we looked at the castles and the guide advised the restaurant as a pretentious place. We decided to listen to the guide and have dinner with the family in the evening, since we are already on vacation. It's a strange place, everything is quite beautiful and pretentious, the staff is polite, but the kitchen frankly spoils the whole impression. From the word at all.
I ordered a medium-rare Rib Eye steak, they brought something strange, flat, not Rib Eye at all, overcooked, and judging from the semi-finished product, the same situation with medallions for children. We ordered a couple of cocktails, cocktails are clearly made from alcohol below the average level, and the menu does not say what kind of alcohol is used, neither the manufacturer nor the name. In my opinion, calling the waiter and asking questions is not an option at all, especially in such an institution.
In general, if you want to sit beautifully with a girl with a glass of wine, the place is suitable, but if you want to have a delicious dinner, then definitely not here.

One of my favorite places in Minsk, there are recreation areas for every taste, pleasant decoration, courteous staff. The choice of dishes on the menu is not full of great variety, I would like something more mundane from the national cuisine, but in general it will suit companies even with completely different preferences. A wonderful selection of desserts, tubes with condensed milk at the home level.

The most equine price tag I've seen. Even ember is cheaper. The staff is excellent. They work with a bang. There are no complaints. But the person who owns this place is as strange as possible, in my opinion. It's not the quality that matters to him, it's the main thing! to make it beautiful! Well, of course he is afraid that something will be scratched, although this is unrealistic. It also seemed strange to me that ordinary passers-by who came to walk by the water were being chased from there. Although there are no fences, and the land is not privately owned🤔
It's up to you to decide whether to visit this place or not, but I would purposefully not go to it a second time.

The restaurant is very beautiful, the food is insanely delicious, the service is excellent. But... how can a terminal work poorly in an institution of this level? He just doesn't accept all cards, and the cards were from our banks. Or then you need to warn about it in advance, since you don't always carry large amounts of cash with you.
But I don't even want to take off the star for this, because in general we remained very long-standing.

Setting such a tone for an institution, its reputation, its importance, you expect a buzz from everything, But inside you expect mediocrity and extremely uncomfortable chairs.
I would like to note the high level of employees, but there is undoubtedly a professional class here, and the cleanliness of the space, a good selection of food and drinks. But I don't know why, but it feels like the cook is tired or has changed, because a short time ago (a couple of months) there was one hundred percent hit in each of your taste buds).
And please learn how to adjust the light not in the presence of visitors, you are not children with a switch.

But the receptionists at the entrance said that due to the workload of the waiters, the waiting time for the order would greatly increase and we were refused. In this case, I will ask the management to pay attention to the required number of working staff! It turns out that you are not welcome to guests from the street ... And Mom had a birthday, by the way! The feedback on Instagram was also very upsetting. I didn't even get an apology in return. I emphasize that the boarding in the hall was not complete, and every day there is information in the story that the restaurant is waiting for guests and nothing about booking on weekends is indicated! The service is far from "VIP" level, you still have to grow and grow. I recommend starting with banal politeness and the limits of decency.

The building is excellent, fireplace, terrace. The food is for three or even worse - duck in a gray salad, apparently frozen; grilled corn was spoiled by smearing in parmesan. It is difficult to find a waiter, he does not know how to accept criticism - he ran away :) when I asked him to send a wish for corn to the kitchen. It does not compete with butterbro in terms of the taste of the dishes, only in terms of price.
