Personally, I like everything here, I'm one of those who have the most real dentophobia, but I want to say that visiting this clinic helped me personally overcome my phobia) Because the main thing is, of course, not the name of the clinic, but the people who work here) Initially, by some miracle, I got to Yulia Sergeevna's Infirmary, this is not a doctor, but a real tooth fairy) Not just a good dentist who treats teeth qualitatively, but an immensely humane and positive person) And it is clear that he loves his work very much, I respect and appreciate such specialists very much) I also visited Dr. Dmitry Petrovich Kisel, a wonderful doctor, calm, laconic, confident master of his craft. This is how I always imagined a male doctor to be) The only thing is that they didn't give him any attachments, and that's where the paradox is: I seem to be in a "sufferer" situation, but I sympathized with the doctor who can't immediately take the tool he needs. I hope that by my next trip there will be plenty of everything in his office) I haven't been to other doctors here, but I assume that they are on the same level. The girls at the reception are also very nice and sensitive) In general, now I come here with a smile and without this pathological fear)) The prices are also not frightening, adequate.

Conditions for the elderly and people with disabilities have not been thought out:high steps and the absence of at least a handrail, not to mention a ramp. And the doctor will not condescend to the client, at least at the reception for consultation. The clinic is paid and, they say, not cheap. Everything is provided for the disabled in the city free of charge

And there is no need to talk about comfort here: you can't miss each other in the corridor, the atmosphere in the offices is minimalist. Passages through the dormitory to other offices. Toilet without comments. The feeling of a Soviet dental clinic, the only difference is that you have to pay for this excursion into history. I won't say about all the doctors, but Rusak (orthopedic dentist) knows his business, a sensible doctor and likes that he talks to the patient, explains, offers options, gets into the situation, in a word, tries and it's nice! Regarding the treatment, I will say that having your own X-ray, you should not be sent to it anyway, the device and the specialist should be beaten off. And this is very annoying, because the treatment plan according to the picture did not coincide with reality when the seal was removed. So why do you need a snapshot if you still see the result of picking a tooth. There is no transparency of prices. On the phone, they say the cost of the seal is 80-140, as a result, count on the maximum. The clinic definitely needs to move to a normal room.

It was very scary, but everything went quickly, without complications and at the highest professional level.
