The ice house is one of the preserved buildings in a once rich estate in the village of Zaushye. There you can also see a chapel-tomb, barns, a mill, a pond, and the remains of a park. Unfortunately, like most of these places, everything has to be "busy." Therefore, I recommend that you go and see, take a walk. Moreover, a few kilometers away, in Snova and Velikaya Lipa there is also something to see.

A powerful structure, two floors down. I was surprised by a huge boulder at the bottom. There are ruins nearby that are also worth a look.

Just the remains of the building - part of the 1st floor and the basement, without floors. It is better to look at the old tomb 200 meters away.
