We contacted the center about the formations on the child's foot, we thought it was a tapeworm, it turned out to be plantar warts. The master carried out the treatment and removal with nitric acid, without warning that you should not go to the pool during the entire treatment, which is a couple of months! My daughter has a workout and two weeks later we went to another center for removal with liquid nitrogen.
We made an appointment in advance because we were traveling from far away, before our departure they called and asked us to arrive 20 minutes later, but then they also waited in the center for about half an hour, it was terrible!
Wasted time and money.

Wonderful service, excellent podologists. We remove the warts for the child. It's almost painless. They were removed 5 times, but I'm not sure about the effectiveness of the procedure yet, because every time I hear: a couple more times and that's it. The cost of removing one wart is 20 rubles. 2 warts = 40 rubles + each time the purchase of unloading 15 rubles = 55 * 5, so far it turns out that the removal of 2 warts is 275 rubles and it is unknown how many more times they will need to be removed 🤔

My mother went to clean her nails at the start of fungus treatment, there was no appointment with the "junior" staff, I had to make an appointment with the "top" master. As a result, 100 + rubles, the nails (3 pcs) were cleaned to the blood, also with a surcharge for dressing :) the second time we went to another salon, my mother called joyfully that it might not be so bad and cheaper, otherwise she was afraid to go.

Olga Tereiko's podological center "Easy Step".
On January 12, 2022, my dad was enrolled in a podiatric treatment for a diabetic foot.
Olga held a consultation, where she said that it was necessary to take a fungus test and gave recommendations on how to do it.
My dad fulfilled all the recommendations of Olga's podiatrist and passed the analysis at the Minsk City Clinical Skin and Venereology Center at Prilukskaya 46a. A month later, a NEGATIVE test for the fungus came in.
On April 7, Olga performed foot and nail treatment, estimating this service at 240 rubles.
The next day, it turned out that there was inflammation on the left thumb. As it turned out, the corner of the nail was not removed, Olga removed it and cleaned up the flaws, while taking another 70 rubles. We paid another 80 rubles for the subsequent bandages.
On April 16, the condition of the finger did not satisfy us and we turned to Olga. During the dressing, Olga refused my mother's request to put Piolysin ointment on a raised tone, saying that everything was fine and there was no need for this and gave advice on how to treat the finger for the next 3 days and come for a dressing on April 19.
On April 17, during the dressing at home, it turned out that pus was present and the skin around the nail was inflamed. We asked for help at this center, but Olga has a day off and she does not answer her administrators' calls and we have not received a consultation.
The administrator claims that my father was recommended to see a surgeon, although Olga herself said that at the moment there is no need and everything is fine with the nail and if necessary, they will help in finding a qualified specialist.
At the moment, Olga claims that her recommendations for changing shoes were not fulfilled and allegedly she recommended that she immediately consult a surgeon, although there is no truth in these words. The shoes were bought new and no one sent us to the surgeon.
This raises the question of how this procedure should have been performed and whether it should have been performed at all if the specialist is not sure that he will be able to do everything correctly when treating a DIABETIC FOOT. There was no question of any additional treatment from the surgeon, Olga promised that everything would go quickly and without consequences.
At the moment, after this treatment, having paid 390 rubles, my dad was forced to turn to a surgeon to eliminate the consequences of such "high-quality" podiatrist's help.
The service was not provided with high quality, and the subsequent treatment is just a "pumping out of money".
Also, I would like to draw your attention to the fact that no checks have ever been issued for payment for services rendered.
Think twice before seeking help from Olga, who claims to take on the most difficult cases.
