They issued a ticket in an electronic queue. I stood in line. A man got in front of me, to my remark that my number was now - the employee herself said that the man only had to pay. In general, no one cares about coupons. Well, OK, when it finally came to me, it turned out that she was not engaged in issuing warranty cards, she sent them to another man. And he had his own queue of people like me, he had to stand again. In general, after paying at the checkout, I lost another 40 minutes to leave the store with this coupon. I wanted to honestly spit at some point, but I was already wondering how long this circus would last. The solution is to enter a separate electronic queue for issuing warranty cards or train all employees to issue them. The result is that I lost a lot of time and nerves on a simple task
