A very nice, comfortable hotel with very tasty breakfasts. The rooms on the 4th floor have been renovated. The bar in the room is paid, but the water is replenished every day for free. Also available for free in the room: a kettle, tea and coffee bags, sugar, slippers, bathrobes, towels, shower cap, toothpaste and brush, gel and shampoo dispensers, toilet paper. All consumables are replenished. Payment for the room is accepted only by card (Russian cards do not pass), or in cash in Kazakhstan. The room has a very large plasma TV with access to YouTube. Wi-Fi is available in the hotel lobby and in the room, and upon check-in they give you a password to connect. In general, this is a hotel that you want to return to.

One of the best restaurants in the southern capital. Author's dishes with a beautiful presentation. Always very tasty. They are able to surprise even the most sophisticated gourmet. Excellent service. Great atmosphere.

Aesthetically pleasing, everything is tasteful. What an aesthetic, even in the restrooms, there is everything you need, there is always a wet hand towel.
A beautiful place inside, there is a summer playground.

Great place! The kitchen is at the highest level. The greens are so fresh that I found a small caterpillar in the salad. Everything is delicious: salads, hot dishes, dessert. We will definitely come again.

Unreal rest! The kitchen is worthy of 3 Michelin stars, the waiter is as if he was brought from Versailles with a chef. The hidden in the Republic of Kazakhstan, it seems, is no longer there. The food is not tasty at all. We ordered the usual medallions. Absolutely tasteless. The service is good, but all the staff wears some sweaters and tank tops, which is very strange. It's not worth your money, another overrated place.

Flax is a subsidiary restaurant of Grand Zina, but with a more sophisticated design. The decoration is beautiful, chandeliers, tables, decor 👏🏻 The food is also great, I often take home a pizza with turkey.
