Nice and very cozy hotel!! The staff, above all praise, are all great smart guys.
The restaurant is gorgeous, incredibly tasty, but unfortunately there is also a fly in the ointment, besides it is decent.
I ordered dessert in the room, they brought an amazing croissant with apples, a masterpiece, BUT ice cream, there are no words ((( I haven't eaten worse ice cream for a very long time, ice, no taste, in general, the dessert is just ruined!!((
I don't understand, the hotel has such a level and holds such filth in its assortment, but in Sukhumi I tried ice cream from a local factory, it's just awesome, Italy is on vacation.
And secondly, breakfast, everything is great, everything is delicious, but instead of butter, the spread is fine, but it would be normal, otherwise it really sucks.
Otherwise, everything is perfect!!!

A very nice place! The rooms are cleaned every day, clean and cozy. Breakfast is included, and clean towels are provided for going to the beach 🥰
The hotel has a very popular restaurant, cuisine of different types, for every taste. All the dishes are made on the level and delicious (therefore, there are only pictures of the food) 😁
The staff is polite, always ready to help and suggest anything. In general, I advise you!

In my opinion, the best restaurant in Sukhumi. We have been there several times in 2 years, they cook any dishes: pizza, pasta, salads, Japanese cuisine - great, gastronomic pleasure. A small selection of desserts and the desserts themselves are perhaps only inferior to everything else, IMHO. The service is beyond praise, we came with a large company of 14 people, ordered a lot of things, the waitress Madina remembered everything clearly, did not mix anything up, showed attention, everything was prompt and clear, well done! A great restaurant, it's a pity that the rating is limited to 5 * I would safely put 10*

We were here with friends the other day, everything was very pleasant. The interior is pleasant, cozy and clean. The staff is polite and attentive, the waitress is just a smart girl. The breakfasts are delicious and satisfying, we checked it out. We also tried different dishes from the menu — everything was great. Fire rolls, I advise everyone! Anyway, come here, you won't regret it.

Great restaurant! Despite the huge menu, everything we tried turned out to be delicious and of high quality — not just for show. The chicken kebab is generally the best of all that we have tried.
We were in Abkhazia in early March, out of season. Most restaurants are empty, the staff is relaxed, and the food is, frankly, often mediocre. Maybe it's the off-season. And there were a lot of locals here, the kitchen is clearly working at full capacity — well done!
The only thing that is not immediately clear is where to go — there are many different halls, starting from the hotel lobby.

We live in this hotel, the room was booked with breakfast. I would like to mention that the breakfasts are very, very tasty, balanced, and satisfying. The staff is very friendly, pleasant, young ! We ordered dinner in the room many times, the food is very tasty and the service is excellent, the waiters are attentive and polite! We visited other cafes several times , but after that we concluded that we needed to order at our hotel. Of course, I would like some national dishes, for colorfulness, these are our wishes to the hotel administration!

I spent 2 nights on a business trip. Good. Cozy, clean, good light in the room and in the bathroom. There is a great cafe kitchen on the ground floor. However, there are few tables, and therefore both evenings were sold out! So next time, you should definitely book a table for dinner.

I've only appreciated it for the last couple of years. The menu has been updated, now they make divine bread with truffle oil. The best boat in town. The waiters are well-trained. A good barbecue. A varied bar menu. It is better to book a table during the season, otherwise you can stay hungry :)
I wish the breakfasts were more varied.
In general: I recommend visiting :)

An amazing place, polite, friendly staff, a very interesting unusual serving, insanely delicious, they took fairly simple dishes, they opened for us in a new way, the duck melted in our mouth, large portions, panacota dessert with champagne, deserves special attention, just to come in and drink coffee.
The prices are very nice!
The interior is so pleasant and comfortable that you don't want to leave!

The interior is modern, it's nice to be inside, the plates are beautiful, the serving is super! We ordered a lot of items, each one is very tasty! Everyone is delighted! The dinner exceeded all expectations!
The boarding was complete, but the table was found quickly, we just sat in the waiting area for a couple of minutes) The service is excellent, the time for serving the first courses is 15 minutes! Let me remind you that the landing was complete!!! And that's it, everything is incredibly delicious!

Probably the only place in Sukhumi where the level of service is at a high level! This applies to both the service itself and the quality of the dishes. There is also a delivery (including hot drinks), an order via the website and, as a bonus, a nice outdoor veranda. In the kitchen 5. It is quite tasty, the portions are large. We ordered a lot, sat for 9700, didn't like only burgers with chicken (went to the trash) why are they sauerkraut? It's not clear. Salads, pasta, soup, rolls are normal. The cheesecake is a bomb.
The service is a problem... Firstly, no one will approach you, and secondly, they do not respond immediately to the appeal, it surprised me to put it mildly, as if you were talking to yourself, but 7% of tips are already included (for takeaway too). That's the mistake!
And of the minuses, there is a chip on the plate.
Paid containers, this is generally some kind of game. The cost of meals does not allow guests to provide containers for free?
I'm not going back on principle. There are more minuses than pluses, which adds up to a score of 2*.

The best restaurant in the city. Very tasty sushi, lemonades, pasta, desserts. Ideal waiters who instantly memorize an order for 6 people without a notebook. A pleasant terrace (even two), and a cozy interior inside. The place is famous and popular - it is better to book tables for the evening in advance, while there is no reservation for Friday and Saturday evenings, there is a live queue - it is better to come early.
And, oddly enough, there is not an exorbitant price tag for all this. Many cafes in Gagra are more expensive.

A stunning restaurant is a corner of Europe in Abkhazia. The Asian menu is simply amazing. Everything is super delicious! The portions correspond to the cost, and taking into account the quality of cooking, they are very pleasing. I also liked the service very much - they cook quickly, change dishes delicately. We were advised to visit this place by more than one person.
Let's go through the pros and cons.
Positive:
Location in the city center. You can park a car nearby. It looks beautiful from the outside.
The serving of the dishes is fast enough, taking into account the full landing.
Very tasty ciabatta with smoked butter.
Minuses :
The staff is burning at the bar, completely ignoring the guests, I saw at almost every table the surprised face of people who did not understand why they were not approached.
The food is insanely sweet and salty.
The real taste of the products cannot be guessed behind the strong sauces.
It's cramped inside, the interior is not just wooden tables.
For the sake of ciabatta, which was fresh and delicious, I think it's not worth coming)
But most of the guests ate Japanese cuisine - it did not occur to us to eat Japanese cuisine in Abkhazia)

Unexpectedly, but it's not so easy to get into good establishments in Sukhum, you can say a queue😂 But we were lucky twice, the tables were free. The service is friendly, the range of dishes is quite diverse. You can pay both in cash and by card. The outdoor area is glazed to the floor. The prices are reasonable. Most importantly, there is my favorite, the freshest Black Sea lamb.😋

This is the best restaurant in Abkhazia. There are not always available seats, it is better to book a table in advance. Everything is very very tasty. The menu is varied, the prices are affordable. The best restaurant in Sukhum, in my opinion! An extensive menu for every taste, and compared to Moscow establishments, the portions are simply huge! On the first visit, we took a salad and a hot one, we couldn't handle it))) The staff is friendly and attentive. Probably the best restaurant in Sukhum. We got there by accident, a local taxi driver brought us and advised us very much. Excellent service, the waiter is always there. It's just an incredible place!!! We came from Moscow, we thought it would be just normal. BUT!!! We were pleasantly surprised, Anastasia served — a wonderful waiter, very polite and cheerful. The food was a dump of everything, we took rolls, pasta, citrus tea and grilled mushrooms. AND EVERYTHING IS BEYOND praise. If you like Italian and Japanese cuisine, then you are welcome here. The best place in Sukhumi to eat pizza and rolls. Well, delicious salads at the same time. We had a salad with caramelized eggplant and a salad with goat cheese and avocado. Both are very tasty! Goat cheese is just airy, the consistency is more like mousse. The rolls are huge and also very tasty.
