A very pleasant place! Fresh, clean rooms, with clean white linens and towels. The girls at the reception are just great. Room cleaning and bed linen change every three days (this is enough). And what a view from the balcony!!!!!! YOU 'RE GOING TO ROCK !!!!!!!!Yes, there is a dining room nearby, yes there are dishes that are not delicious, but mostly good. BUT on the other side of the hotel (300 m along the beach)There is an amazing restaurant!!!!

The hotel is inconveniently located from the center. Walking is problematic. There is no footpath, just a motorway with lots of cars and cows. Yes, I'm not kidding. Cows are walking on the roads here. And therefore, their cakes are on the road at every step. There is one cafe nearby, which I would not wish on the enemy. Poisoned after dinner in it. It is better not to go to the store next to the hotel. The seller is so rude that I don't want to go there anymore. In general, the impression is not very good. I do not recommend it

Leon Beach is a fairy tale! We had a rest in early September of this year. We have been vacationing in New Athos all the time, for about eight years, we have been in different places, but Leon Beach has conquered us, this is the best place!!! We arrived ahead of check-in time - the receptionist girl checked if the room was ready and we were immediately checked in. The interior of the room is modern, good furniture, fresh renovation, clean bathroom! But what captivated me the most was the white linen and towels, they are really white!!! Cleaning and linen change on the 3rd day, the cleanliness in the room is perfect! There is a very good cafe with delicious dishes on site, there is a shop with everything you need! The beach is clean, the territory is well maintained! And the view from the window is just simply amazing! Thanks to the host and the hotel staff for a magical stay! We will definitely come back to you!

We had a family vacation in August. The sea is just around the corner. Its own beach, near New Athos. The room's balcony offers a gorgeous view of the sea. There is a dining room nearby with good homemade food and coffee from Turki. And there is also a shop two steps away with everything you need. Friendly and helpful staff. Its own large Parking lot.

A good hotel, next to the sea, this gives her a big plus, but otherwise. The rooms are simple, but in order to come to spend the night it will go. I agree with the comments where it says about the shower curtain, the curtain just sucks. The room and bed linen are clean. We were in winter, so we were given a room with a discount for 2500r. this price exactly corresponds to this hotel.

A cool hotel with good staff and the most beautiful view from the window. I saw dolphins for the first time from the window of a room in this hotel! Special thanks to the owner of this hotel, he was always in touch and answered questions very quickly, helped with the organization of the transfer from Sochi. On the coast you will find a clean beach, sun loungers. It is possible to take towels from the room to the sea.

One of the advantages. The hotel is on the first line, the staff is very polite and friendly, there is a dining room and a shop nearby.
Of the cons. An already tired room for 4 people, with 1 mug, 1 glass and 1 glass. The lights were turned off every day because of the rain, so we waited for 3-4 hours just to do the morning procedures. It would be possible to buy a generator, the prices are not the cheapest. There is something to work on.

We were in early October with my husband and baby . We really liked it . Especially the fact that there is a new coastline , you wake up and a view of the sea . You go out and immediately the sea) there were few people at that time, everything is as we love)) the room is new and pleasant . I would like to add about room cleaning . It would be nice to clean up the garbage on a daily basis without asking , and give everything you need in the bathroom . There is a shop and a cafe nearby . Parking under the windows is free . The room with children is comfortable . To be honest , the cafe is not very tasty ( We went to the center of new Athos for dinner . I liked the hotel , I wanted to return to it . Highly recommend

We had a family vacation: two adults, two children (8 and 11).
The rooms were on the ground floor, in a room with a bunk bed.
Cleaning and linen change every three days. There is a washing machine near the reception, it is publicly accessible. 150 rubles for washing.
I liked everything. The sea is nearby and clean. The beach is small pebbles on the shore and two meters into the sea, then sand.
There are few sun beds and umbrellas, but there are enough for us.
One night, a lot of logs came from the sea and it became the entertainment of the day.
Everyone who was resting actively took them ashore, and in the evening they lit pioneer bonfires all over the beach.
Romantic ))).
There is a cafe on site with adequate prices and food. A store with groceries and basic necessities is also adequate in terms of prices.
Next summer we will come to this hotel again.
