I read it and was very surprised by the negative reviews. I've been visiting this network for five years (if not more). I was in the Titan Gallery. I come every two months for sure. Not so long ago, I opened my account on the website and started using pick-up services by pre-order, and now I have ordered delivery. That's how many times I visit online stores - there are different sellers. But no one has been rude or refused to help yet. The range of products is always diverse. The commodity specialist leaves at the first request. If I can't find something, they always help. My conclusion: excellent network, excellent staff and a great assortment, if you know what you need.

The terrible and boorish behavior of the director and the tavarologist of this store. A mosaic was purchased, of INADEQUATE QUALITY (the part with glue was not sticky at all, the diamonds fell off before our eyes), We came with a request to exchange or refund the funds. The tavarologist took the painting and took it to the back room. I came back and was told that the painting had been checked, everything was fine with it. We continued to insist that our issue be resolved somehow. The director was called. We were told to do an examination and apply somewhere. We opened the picture and showed how the diamonds fall off. To which we heard that "we have everything of such quality", we did not receive an answer to the question of how you checked the glue in this picture. I asked for some alternative solution, because it is impossible to use the painting, and I did not hear anything intelligible.After 10 minutes of dialogue with the store's director, we were told that they would refund the money, but before that they wished that everything was bad in our lives. It seems to me that this is unacceptable behavior with the store's customers. There was a terrible aftertaste after the visit. I want to say that initially there was no negativity towards employees. We just came to solve the problem.

The store is disgusting, and especially the staff (director, merchandiser). We bought a diamond mosaic with a friend, all the diamonds just fell off. We came to the store to make a refund or exchange, the merchandiser took the painting to look at, returned it a minute later and said that everything was fine. The store director told me to go do an examination or contact consumer protection. In the end, we were given a refund, but at the same time they wished us all the best and said that it would come back to us like a boomerang. Thank you, we will not go back there anymore, if it were possible to put 0 stars, I would put it.

It is a normal practice for a store to sell low-quality goods without warranty obligations and after-sales service. The director is working against the buyers , she refused to return the inferior product under the pretext that they broke it themselves . We bought a pen , it didn 't work for even 1 day . During the repair , they said that it was not our fault , the plastic supply nozzle was installed poorly inside , which cracked during use .
I don't plan to prove anything and get on my nerves, I have something to do, but I would like the seller to be on the same side as the buyer, and not the other way around.

I placed an order through an online store, collected a set for watercolors to participate in the belpaid online marathon. Everything you need is there - it's very pleasant. I ordered delivery by courier, the store manager called back, asked if everything was on order. And then the PROSPERITY began. It turned out that the Belpost courier delivers, the delivery happened on the third day, counting the day of the order and this is an ACCELERATED delivery. Plus, Belpost has its own problems: they do not give the parcel without a passport, even if you pay to the courier (suddenly you wanted to pay for someone else's parcel and take everything for yourself))))) and even a scan of the passport is not good, it must be notarized by my supervisor and God knows who else. And the pass and the fact that you are known at work and your name on the bank card with which you pay for the purchase is also not good. Because my good relations with Leonardo's online store ended the moment the order fell into the "accelerated" hands of Belpost, now the rules of the game are different. Pechkina remembered many, many times)))). In general, the parcel with the "photo weapon" has been repulsed, three days of the marathon have passed without me, I'm running to draw what's left. I will order more, but next time I'd better come to the store in person, no matter how far it is.

Today, a new store opened in the shopping center,,Titan,,I was happy to visit.Spacious, a wide range of products for creativity.It's nice to take a walk and buy all sorts of cool products for a flight of fancy. The staff is polite, happy to meet customers. I saw my favorite sellers from Leonardo in ,,Shopping center,,Gallery,, But some young man, very big and very important, was loudly giving commands to other employees, demonstrating his importance.He made me want to run away.The harmony of everything around was disrupted.
