I ordered delivery from Khabarovsk to Baranovichi at the end of April 2024. The delivery and communication via WhatsApp were clear. But the flowers themselves wilted the next day after delivery! Well, how is that? You have a potential regular customer from the other side of the continent, and you are such a "surprise"!
And in our city there are not entirely conscientious sellers who push illiquid goods. But you remain a regular with those who do not substitute with the order, and whose flowers are fresh from a week (I'm talking about roses) and up to a month and a half.
I am disappointed with your attitude towards the client. Loss of losses is straight 😆
Of course, you are neither cold nor hot from minus one client, but I found another flower seller in the Svetilovsky shopping center.
And yes, I was in a hurry to write a positive review on your site.

The boorish attitude of florists (especially one of them) to couriers.The petals are torn off so that the flowers seem fresher, French roses are made from ordinary roses.Change the attitude towards people and everything will get better.Before you humiliate someone, let them look after themselves!

Before that, I applied to 4 places, but there was no response. Either they did not answer the phone, or vacap and Viber did not answer. Which is very strange.
