I've never been so upset before. About a year ago, I was here and ate delicious khinkali, and on the evening of August 16, I received an overdone it is unclear what. There are no normal tails, you can't take them, the dough is swollen, as if it has been digested. Meat... in general, it is worth keeping silent. It's like a pile of pate. Spices, herbs that were a year ago have been corrected into oblivion. To the complaint of the administration, I received in response "well, you know, the cook has changed." I did not receive any apologies or any actions. In response, she said, "well, can you somehow convey the complaint to your cook?"

I give five stars for dumplings, the only place in Polotsk and Novopolotsk where they make normal dumplings. I recommend it! You can also buy a takeaway. The institution itself is an old collective farm, no offense to the staff, the staff is responsive and good.

It's not tasty. The refrigerator is solid vinegar and only beetroot. Pancakes are one oil. The prices are high, the staff is not friendly.Some friends came to the girls who work there and they discussed something about the whole room together, but they didn't care about us. For a cold drink, 2 servings of pancakes and 3 pieces of khinkali, they gave more than 50 rubles.

The whole family came in, along with the guests. Everyone was very hungry, I wanted to eat quickly and go on a tour of the city. But: half of the dishes from the menu were not available, they ordered dumplings, they were cooked for a very long time, fried faster, and boiled had to wait almost half an hour. Everyone became nervous, it was uncomfortable in front of the guests. Boiled dumplings were brought: the dough is overcooked, falling apart, there is a lot of water in the plate, and the filling tastes of fatty meat.
Conclusion: for those who want a quick snack, this is not an option. The staff is slow, I had to get up several times and call the waiters. We will not visit again.

The beer was served warm, sour cream too (it is unclear how it is stored there in the refrigerator or how it will have to be), pork rinds - slightly fried pieces of lard, how to eat them is not clear. Half of the menu items were missing, the staff serves them as if you had interrupted them from extremely important matters. By the way, this is a common problem in Polotsk. Dumplings are like dumplings, I don't understand the rave reviews. You may have better luck, but in general, I do not recommend it.

Very tasty homemade dumplings! Reasonable prices, pleasant atmosphere.
We had lunch with the family a couple of times, we liked it.
In general, there are desserts and some salads /pizzas + lunch menu.
Tea was brought quickly, the hall was slightly cool (it was in winter).
You should not expect the level of an expensive restaurant, but in its category it is excellent.

Passing by, we went in for a drink, and hung up!!! The atmosphere was pleasant, the girls were greeted with greetings and smiles, congratulated on the holiday (it was the city day), invited to sit down and relax. Well, how are you going to leave here? We ordered manti, dumplings, pancakes, everything turned out to be surprisingly tasty, although it seemed like who would be surprised by dumplings?! I was very pleased with the vegetable salad - beautiful slicing and just a huge portion, which was more than enough for two. And immediately the problem of finding a place to go for breakfast the next day disappeared! There was an amazing hodgepodge in the morning! And again, lovely smiles and a warm welcome!!! Instead of a full-fledged salad: tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, greens, sour cream - they brought sliced tomatoes with dry spoiled cucumber, onions and greens in the salad were not at all. One can only guess about the correspondence of the amount of vegetables. I won't come here a second time.

I read a lot of reviews before visiting and decided to go anyway. The impressions of others were largely justified. Fortunately, the chanson was not turned on, foreign pop music was playing. The audience is a redneck, loud-mouthed company that came to have a good drink. The waitress was normal, I think it's hard for her to work in such an atmosphere.
According to the food: the dumplings in mushroom sauce were normal, but somehow bland. The meat pancakes were definitely not hot - heated. Edible, but not a fountain. The cheesecake is full of fail - obviously well-laid.
Total - here you can eat affordable food at low prices in a bad atmosphere
