The place, the nature, is just gorgeous. The food is not very good. They promised elements of a buffet. There were vegetables 2 times in 10 days and that's it. Excursions were postponed all the time, and we never went anywhere. They promised a bonfire, kebabs, a concert, and they also canceled it.

I was in the sanatorium "Lesnye Ozery" in the summer of 2021.I liked the sanatorium very much, the location, the food, the territory, the beautiful lake.The mood deteriorated only when checking into the economy room, there was no repair there for 30 years for sure, I'm not one of the picky ones, but even the children were upset when they entered the room.After an additional payment of 400 rubles. we were settled in a room opposite with a good repair.I won't wish economy rooms on anyone, you can't live there.Book a nice room and you won't regret it,

A pleasant sanatorium in a great location! In general, we are satisfied with the rest and treatment, friendly staff, a good range of medical services, not a bad leisure is organized.
There are several comments, I would like the sanatorium to take them into account in its work:
1. In the dining room, the second course is very often slightly warm at best. There is a feeling that there are big problems with classic black tea for breakfast. He is almost never there, and if you ask, they say he is missing. There are only bags of green tea, which not everyone drinks.
2. It is very difficult to sign up for a SPA and even just find out something about the procedures being performed. It may be worth expanding the number of staff there.
3. If you skip lunch on the weekend due to independent leisure or self-guided tours, then you do not get any dry rations in the form of water or fruit from lunch.
At the same time, those who go on an organized tour receive this very ration. What is the difference if we also warn in advance that we will not have lunch? We are talking only about Saturday or Sunday, when the procedures after lunch are no longer carried out.
4. It was written in the sanatorium book that reviews and suggestions can be put in the box of 3 buildings. We didn't find the box there.

A good sanatorium. Mushroom forest, great lake. There should be a swimming pool, but for people with their own car, 10 km away there is a chic sports complex with an awesome pool for a cheap visit.

Three beautiful lakes, magical healing water from spring number 5, hearty Soviet food, a good medical base, friendly staff. For relatively little money, a good vacation. 1. A large number of cats, a lot of vacationers are outraged;
2. Tea is served in kettles for breakfast, which ends very quickly, replenishment is not timely. We went by ourselves several times and asked the staff to pour tea
3. In cottages, it is impossible to adjust the water temperature in the shower in the morning, very sudden changes.

The Russians will never set foot here. The most disgusting place of all the sanatoriums I've been to. The treatment is not bad. The doctors are great, but the calculation of the voucher is a deception. I ordered it in more than 90 days. They gave me a 10% discount on the website. I paid 50% of the ticket price. I was billed for which I had to pay an additional 24,779.52. Together with the resort fee, however, upon arrival I pay the amount almost 4,000 rubles higher. I'm starting to figure it out, for me: conversion, etc., etc. crap. Me: I don't care what the conversion is, but the difference of almost 4,000 rubles is a completely different amount, and not the one specified in the contract. The result of the proceedings is 0. Where does the tax Service of the Republic of Belarus look at all? In all other sanatoriums, they billed in Russian rubles - they paid without any money. There is some kind of surreality here. Then they make a 10% discount on the site to members of the Russian trade union, then they do not. I was in the Pines and in the Lake and in Narochanka - there was no such shamelessness anywhere. They look into my eyes and talk about conversion. I don't need your conversion. I have an invoice issued in Russian rubles.- be kind enough to calculate me for this amount. I'll give you one star for the treatment. The treatment here is not bad. I understand that there are scandals with Russians from time to time because of a higher amount. I will not shoot the employee, but he laughs at me: "Well, have they started to blame the exchange?" The miser pays twice. Not a foot in a sanatorium of this type anymore.

The best place we've ever visited! Comfortable houses with excellent repair. Friendly staff. The dining room and kitchen are decent. I was pleased that you can choose what to eat, the portions are large and very tasty. Parking for cars on site, under guard. The nature is amazing, the amazing lake is literally 2 steps away!
