A three-storey building of a family cafe. For some reason, only the first and third floors were working. It was raining that day, and the roof is leaking here: there are puddles in the middle of the hall, water seeps through the seams of the roof covering onto some sofas. The menu is huge, impossible to lift, sheets of paper that stick together. It's an unfortunate format considering that children will be flipping through it. The dishes were taken out with a long delay, many of the menus are not available. Large plates create the effect of large portions, but this is not the case. I took the chicken with curry sauce. The chicken is dry, there is little sauce, the rice is cooked very well, crumbly. Kazakh tea (this is tea with milk and a small portion of traditional sweetness from a fermented milk product) is weak or poorly brewed. Prices are above average. Perhaps they come here only to entertain the children. Kitchen for 3+, service 4.

We visited this store on July 22, 2024.
The restaurant is beautifully decorated and we were warmly welcomed.
After about 10 minutes, the order was made. Drinks arrived quickly.
The guests who came after US received their food before us.
After more than an hour, we asked why our order took so long. We were told that there are problems with the internet.
Interestingly, there was enough "INTERNET" for neighboring tables.
After about 1 hour and 20 minutes, we received food. The children were starving now, and we, as consumers, were real.

Das Lokal ist schön eingerichtet und wir wurden freundlich empfangen.
Nach ca.10 Minuten wurde die Bestellung aufgegeben. Die Getränke kamen recht schnell.
Gäste die nach uns kammen, haben ihre Gerichte vor uns bekommen.
Nach über 1 Stunde haben wir nachgefragt, warum das so LANGE mit unserer Bestellung dauert. Uns wurde gesagt, dass es Internet-Probleme gab.
Interessant war jedoch, dass es für die Nachbartische genug "INTERNET" gab.
Nach ungefähr 1 Stunde und 20 Minuten bekamen wir endlich unser Essen. Die Kinder waren inzwischen am Verhungern und wir als Kunden SEHR UNZUFRIEDEN.
EINSICHT UND ENTGEGENKOMMEN = FEHLANZEIGE!!!

I really want to leave a review about the terrible administrator of the cafe Leto, we celebrated our birthday on January 29 (a company of 18 children) and bumped into the boorish attitude of the administrator.
1. the presenters came to our event – there was no one else on the second floor except us, we asked that we could hold events next to our tables, but no - this admin did not allow us to hold an event on the 2nd floor and drove all the children into the playroom (there is little space), the children constantly had to run with the second to the first floor and back
2. The children ran and played – there is a table next to the game room, I asked them to put drinks there so that the children could leave the game room and drink, but there is no miracle, the admin stood in a pose and said go drink either to the second floor or to the end of the hall on the first floor. I just don't have the words for customer orientation.
3. We ordered juices in carafes, I told them several times to keep the drinks warm, but they didn't bring them with ice!
There is not a very good impression of this place, there is no desire to go there anymore (especially to hold big events there) – a terrible administrator!

My favorite coffee chain. Raspberry mix, Happiness and Summer are one network. The food here is very tasty, and the most delicious Belgian waffles. I haven't eaten these anywhere else - I don't know what they add there, but the waffle ceases to be just a dough, it tastes like Nuts and it tastes delicious!!!

The salad is simply delicious, the sauce is cool and the combination of vegetables is perfect.
There is a children's playground on the ground floor, which is definitely a plus.
