My car is being held hostage at a car dealership!
A real review and my sad case.
We bought a new Lexus 600 in this salon. We paid the full amount for the car. We have signed a contract and all the necessary papers! I will attach a photo of the contract. We received an accounting invoice for the car. Now we can't register and pick up the car, it's been a week!!! They are fed with the word "tomorrow".
Reason: ATTENTION: the scrap fee for the car, for a new car, from the dealership at an official dealer has not been paid!!! They explain that they should not pay for it, but refer to the distributor and "Zhasyl Damu"! Along the way, the scrap collection begins to take a new turn of noise in Kazakhstan! Further, after this review, I will write to the public of social networks, to the dealer in the KZ and even to some deputies on the pages, as well as to the politician Sanzhar Bokaev, who loves this topic about SCRAP COLLECTION very much!
In the end, I have disappointment and a complete lack of joy in buying a car from this car dealership!

I signed up for Lexus Astana at Kabanbai batyr 37 on Thursday, April 25, 2024 to replace the stabilizer bushings. When communicating, I told my license plate number so that a Lexus Astana employee would identify my car, since it was previously serviced there and served with dignity earlier. An employee of the salon said that the work that I want to do on the car will cost 28,800 tenge. I agreed and signed up. I took time off from work on Thursday to carry out work in Lexus Astana and at 9:00 I approached a specialist with my stabilizer bushings. He informed me that at 9:00 in the morning I have an appointment for such and such work. To which I received the answer that replacing the stabilizer bushings requires additional more expensive work. I agreed to such an unpleasant surprise, because previously, when recording these additional expenses, they did not talk about them. Well, that's fine. After all, I planned and even took time off from work. But then the girl, an employee of the salon, reported that there was no master who could change the stabilizer bushings. I asked: and then why did they sign me up for these jobs?? In response, Lexus Astana employees shrugged their shoulders and remained silent. They did not apologize, did not offer another time for work. They did nothing to make amends. They are not sorry for the lost time of their clients. Therefore, if you have nothing to do, then sign up for the maintenance of your cars in Lexus Astana. They can come up with something there to turn you around so that you go to all 4 sides. I highly do not recommend this car dealership. Previously, he serviced two of his cars there. Not a foot now
