2. He disassembled the iron, took pictures, sent them to Polaris, they said there was no guarantee.
This bearded gentleman could not provide me with any documentary evidence of these theses, for obvious reasons.
When I asked if he was in an adequate condition now, this creatified sir took offense and left.
I did not completely disassemble the iron in the evening, I took off the top covers, so much dust fell out of it during disassembly that it became clear that Sir Chpokin either did not start disassembling it or collected all the dust back and added his own.
I brought the product to Karastoyanova, they wrote a replacement paper there without question, they took the old one for themselves.

I brought the Ritmix VC-035wg vacuum cleaner for warranty repair. I will immediately make a reservation that the vacuum cleaner was used little and very carefully (the external condition is new, there are not even scratches). This explanation raised strong doubts: how could the contacts of the engine burn if the vacuum cleaner was just lying in the box? After the repair, the vacuum cleaner was checked first at the service, and then at home. Everything was fine. They put it in a box. Recently they took it out, turned it on, and the malfunction is the same again! It seems that the service did not even open it, but the act indicated a fake amount of work performed in order to get money from the supplier for service, which was not there. It was written in the warranty card - a year. As explained to me at the service, all kettles in RB have a warranty period of 18 months!!! And my kettle generally has a three-year warranty.
