We came to visit for our favorite borscht with croutons at 22:00 and wanted to settle down in the second cozy hall to be alone with two people, and not in the youth center. We were refused, they said that that room is served only when the first one is filled. We politely asked to be seated in the second hall as regular guests. They sat us down and gave us a menu, and only after 7 minutes the administrator came and said that according to the rules of the institution, you can't have dinner here. The rules are not spelled out anywhere, if this is not a whim of the waiter, but really an order from the management, which I doubt very much because we pay money for food and not eat for free, then they have lost profits and customers. What was the problem with letting a couple have dinner in the second room? The lights were on, music was playing, and even the air conditioner was working, there was no one there. It would have been very romantic, but it was clear from the waitress's face that she was not happy that we looked in there and asked for permission. The result: an entry in the complaint book that is not stitched, not numbered and without answers.

A good place to meet friends. There is a gorgeous fountain in the center of the hall. The staff is professional and responsive. The menu is varied and the food is delicious. The boiler map is also quite extensive. I recommend it to everyone to visit.
