We were with a friend at your bar on 03/28/2025. The atmosphere is really impressive: stylish interior, fountain in the center, pleasant music, as well as a wide selection of delicious drinks and dishes at reasonable prices. However, unfortunately, the overall positive impression was spoiled by the service.
Unfortunately, the interaction with your staff has left much to be desired. Vitalina's receptionist showed a clear lack of courtesy and professionalism. When trying to clarify the availability of seats, we were faced with a cold and unfriendly answer: "there are no seats." We also asked if it was possible to take a table for a short time, as we arrived around 7:40 p.m., and they told us that "if you didn't book, then there are only seats at the bar." Such passive aggression towards clients and lack of desire to help created an extremely unpleasant impression.
In addition, the bartender also showed no interest in our requests. When asked to recommend drinks, he responded with apparent indifference. When asked about the taste of one of the cocktails, his answer was "probably delicious," which also did not contribute to creating a positive atmosphere.
Despite the excellent conditions and atmosphere of the establishment, the attitude of the staff left a negative aftertaste and spoiled the overall impression of the evening. I hope that in the future your management will pay attention to the level of service so that other guests can enjoy your bar to the fullest.

I will not be too lazy to come and write comments and suggestions in the book, because a dish was brought and some small insect like an ant ran away from there. It's very noisy in the second hall, and there's also a plate for company...well, write honestly that 50% of the portion will be sweet potatoes. Then I would have taken just a pure grill menu. Although the meat dishes were delicious on the plate, the sweet potatoes did not rush there as much as possible. The Lidbir network used to be one of my favorites...but the last few times I've been disappointed in both the food and the service..in music, too, but there's no arguing about tastes.

Delicious simple food. Good pastas, pancakes, snacks. Very interesting beer cocktails.

We came to visit for our favorite borscht with croutons at 22:00 and wanted to settle down in the second cozy hall to be alone with two people, and not in the youth center. We were refused, they said that that room is served only when the first one is filled.
We politely asked to be seated in the second hall as regular guests. They sat us down and gave us a menu, and only after 7 minutes the administrator came and said that according to the rules of the institution, you can't have dinner here. The rules are not spelled out anywhere, if this is not a whim of the waiter, but really an order from the management, which I doubt very much because we pay money for food and not eat for free, then they have lost profits and customers.
What was the problem with letting a couple have dinner in the second room? The lights were on, music was playing, and even the air conditioner was working, there was no one there. It would have been very romantic, but it was clear from the waitress's face that she was not happy that we looked in there and asked for permission.
The result: an entry in the complaint book that is not stitched, not numbered and without answers.
