There were four of us in the company, two friends came earlier and ordered beer, they asked us for documents, we showed our rights. After that, a "threatening" comment came from the waitress: and those who come, let them prepare the documents too!
It got to such an absurd point that my friend could not order a frying pan with chicken and mushrooms without showing his passport. (The man did not even order alcohol) And in response to our attempts to settle and sort out the situation, the waitress offered to just get up and leave. You can't say anything, it's very cool, it's aimed at business development👍

The food is good, the service level is low (I can estimate, I have worked in catering for more than one year) , with zero workload in 17 00 +- 30 of course, dirty dishes and napkins don't get cleaned for a long time, sometimes you had to catch a waiter to do it, they don't know the menu, they don't know the stop list either, BUT the game itself "It's a bathroom!"!! I appeal to the management: you go there yourself at least once, I hope your eyes don't "dissolve" from such an ammonia concentrate. Such a stink makes people sober in 1 minute of being there, and that's a waste of money, by the way.
And just a freshener won't help, you really have a problem in the sewer there, so please kindly resolve this issue, because the bathroom in the attic will be more decent if you compare it.

Unfortunately, the service left an extremely unpleasant impression. The waitress girls (photo attached) showed a disgusting attitude towards customers: no greetings, no goodbyes, a boorish tone and an arrogant look. It seemed as if they were not interested in work and clients.
In fairness, I would like to note that the beer is delicious, the prices are pleasant, and the institution itself is well located. However, the staff spoils the whole impression.
I was also surprised by the policy of the institution: hookah smoking is allowed, but IQOS is not. The logic of this ban has remained unclear.
Dear owner, your establishment has potential, but I sincerely recommend either training the staff in basic customer communication skills or hiring more qualified staff.
P.S. As a person who previously worked as a waitress, I can say that such an attitude towards customers is unacceptable and we were fired for this
