I was trained in category A management at Likestar. For the first time in my life in a private company, I came across a service that I am not exactly ready to recommend, but even ready to dissuade.
The reasons for my dissatisfaction are listed below:
- the driving school did not arrange the exam date. At the same time, they cheat. Context: the training started in July, the exam was scheduled to be on August 1st. On the 10th, it became known about the adoption of a new decree - the traffic police is now taking the exam on more powerful motorcycles. For a couple of weeks, the traffic police still took on old motorcycles. On July 29, the traffic police began to accept new motorcycles, the driving school had not bought motorcycles until that moment. Accordingly, on August 1st, the group's surrender did not take place. The driving school did not arrange another delivery date, but offered to enroll on their own. That means standing in line for several hours for an appointment. In addition, they did not write the exact time of the appointment for the exam in the traffic police. In addition, it was argued that it was no longer possible to set a new date of delivery from the driving school. I got through to the traffic police myself, found out how the process was organized, it turned out that it was possible. It turns out that the driving school was deceived, I want to believe that due to incompetence, and not intentionally.
But this kind of misinformation is not the only case. I had an expired VU and at the driving school they told me that they would not issue a certificate of completion of training, first you need to replace the VU (justification - the traffic police will not allow you to take the exam). They assured me that the information is accurate. It didn't seem logical to me and I decided to call the traffic police to clarify, it turned out that an overdue VU is not the reason for refusing to take the exam. If I hadn't checked the information myself, I would have lost time and money to replace WU. At the same time, the office simply accepted the information and agreed to issue a certificate, without apologies. As if that's the way it should be.
- there was no timetable plan as such, recording a lesson is an individual responsibility. For each lesson, the time must be coordinated separately according to the principle of "who managed it". Additional money is spent. time for communication, which is not convenient. There was a case when, during a class, it suddenly turned out that a traffic police exam was set at that time. I was not warned about this. They asked to provide a motorcycle, 30 minutes of the lesson was gone. No apologies, no suggestion to add an additional one. There was no class. In general, this attitude can be traced in any organizational processes.
- the state of the equipment is deplorable. Motorcycles often broke down, which caused overlays. There were a couple of cases when you come to class and the bike doesn't work and you ride another one OR breaks down in the process and you don't finish your time. The time is counted as rolled back. In the course of training, the requirements for motorcycles on which to take the exam have changed, the driving school has purchased motorcycles in good condition. But there is a fear that in a couple of months the motorcycles will return to the same condition as the old ones.
- in fact, I was left to myself in the learning process. Here's the playground, here's the bike - ride. Watch how others do, repeat. I turned to the instructors when specific questions and clarifications already appeared. Usually, he received monosyllabic answers to his questions, others suggested something in addition to the question asked. I mostly learned information from other students. It was only in the last lesson, the day before the exam, that the instructor approached me for the first time on his own to measure the passage time and suggest the nuances of passing the elements! For understanding, in the neighboring driving school, instructors work with students from the very beginning: they walk along the highway, tell and show.
- during the training, our group had 3 instructors. The problem is that 3 instructors instructed differently about the requirements for passing the elements in the exam. In half of these cases, the instructors completely contradicted each other.
Of the advantages, I can highlight that classes are held at the traffic police site (where the delivery takes place later) and the price of services is lower than the rest, although not by much.
Maybe I was so lucky and a combination of factors coincided. Although my friends / acquaintances also did not respond flatteringly. Alas, I found out after the conclusion of the contract.

I want to share my experience, in particular, about the driving instructor. My instructor's name was Andrey, for 3 months of training, the instructor did not teach anything, starting with the routes (we drove along the same ones), ending with driving techniques in general. At first, classes were 2-3 times a week, but as before passing the traffic police, there was one driving in two weeks. The person did not contact in any way during classes, when she clarified something, there were no specific answers. According to theory, everything was accessible and understandable, the only disadvantage was that there was no passing of tests on the red disk, which would help for passing. I am very upset about learning to drive at this driving school…

I give 3 stars for the instructor (instructor Andrey, I took a lot of classes from him, but it didn't help due to the fact that he was sitting on the phone or talking on it) and then I went to another instructor, and honestly I was shocked that there are such people, he explains and shows how better it is easier remember, if necessary, I can advise the instructor, he is just gifted, he helped me so much that I passed the first time with him.

I want to share my impression about the "organization and training" in this driving school - spoiler wasted money and time. Further, specifically why this opinion (group 14 - weekend):
The theory block. An ordinary teacher, albeit with a lot of experience, working in auto navigation, I did not learn anything new for myself in these classes, the main plus is that there was no water smeared on the lectures, everything is clear. I went to lectures mainly for self-discipline, since I still need to take the test discs. On the day of the test, no more than 3-4 people from a group of 17 people took the test, and in general, by the internal theory exam, most of the sections on topics and tests were not passed. Nevertheless, these people were admitted and went to driving classes, although admission was announced only after passing the tests. How it happened is interesting. What did the teacher do in the internal exam with so many failed tests from people? He said that he woke up in a good mood, so he allows everyone to take the internal exam (at which no one from the administration was present, by the way), regardless of whether the tests were passed. Ie, someone spent time on weekends to pass everything on time day in, day out, or you could just come to the internal exam and knock out these 30 questions without appearing at all in classes and tests. I wonder with this approach how the accreditation for driving schools is extended in general?
The driving unit.
2.1. Despite the fact that all the theory tests were passed by me from the first time on the day of the test, the instructor did not call me. A month and a half after the start of theory training (3 months in total were announced), everyone in the group started driving, except me, I wrote to the driving school myself asking when classes would start, to which they replied that they would figure it out and silence reigned for 2 days. I had to call the driving school to clarify what was actually going on, to which they replied, "Why didn't you get a call, well, they'll call you back now" and hung up. As a result, I was recruited by an instructor, who, as it turned out, was sent to replace me, since the main assigned one went on vacation. I think such things should be explained by the administration, and not recognized at the first lesson (especially since I contacted the administration of the driving school personally on the question of why classes have not yet started). I can say that at least here I was lucky that at least the first classes I had were with instructor Victor, since he made efforts to teach even for a temporary student.
2.2. Shipitsa Alexander Mikhailovich - here he is the main inspiration for this review. With the transition to him and his boorish attitude, all my driving fell apart:
in class, we went to give his friends honey to the industrial zone and solve the questions of his friends in the traffic
police, he allowed himself to be late for class for 20 minutes, without any of their working
out a week before the GAI, I was in the city no more than 5 times, since He taught classes once a week exclusively in the middle of the day. In total, a week before the transfer to the traffic police, I had 13 classes out of 22, which he put on this last week for 2 hours a day in the middle of the day in 30 degrees of heat in a car without air conditioning. Can you imagine the productivity of learning and taking time off from work for 3 hours in the middle of the day? To whom I did not tell from the traffic police and other instructors, everyone is shocked that this could have been done. Despite the fact that I initially said several times when I had an exam and that I should somehow plan this moment not so tightly, so it is impossible to learn anything in such a time frame.
I will separately note the wishes from this instructor for me to "get paid" for the caps on the Renault Logan training car touched by the curb. And to my suggestion, if I can't make a turn to go to the playground and work out at least a snake, he replied, "the playground won't help you, Google it." In general, the phrase "I've already explained it to you, I won't do it anymore" was repeated regularly.
about the garage element, it was said "they don't rent a garage in the traffic police, you won't teach.
" 2.3. Regarding the autodrom, the contract states that the autodrom is located on Vesennaya Street, also one of the facts why I chose this driving school to walk closer. In fact, you will be taken to the traffic police site and that's it. I'm sorry, but the traffic police training ground has nothing to do with normal training, since there is no equipment for practicing driving skills. I invite you to take a look at Plekhanov 16 in Minsk, for example, to see how well equipped the circuit should be.
2.4 Internal driving test: no one from the administration is also present, the site is not accepted, the whole exam consists in the fact that another instructor will get into your car and you will drive a little with him, how you drive does not matter at all. In general, just for show, like they'll pass everything. Shipitsa A.M. showed himself perfectly here, namely, he did not even change with any of the instructors of the students and went with the cadets who were in his training, how can this be assessed as an internal exam and any kind of evaluative training? A rhetorical question. I think the experts on the accreditation of driving schools also think the same. For example, I found out that the same snake and garage are required to be rented from the elements at the site stage in Minsk.
The result: out of 17 people in the group, 8 passed the internal theory exam, 2 passed the traffic police the first time for the rights (the percentage of the group was 11%). I think it's clear that I didn't get into this percentage, given how the driving training was structured. Having paid 1000 rubles to the "best driving school in Grodno" and fulfilled all obligations for payment and passing tests, I definitely think that I lost money (and more importantly, I lost time, because it was critical for me to meet the deadline due to the move). In general, I do not recommend studying here.

He studied at LikeStarAvto from June to September 2021. I took my license yesterday. I passed everything the first time, thanks to really high-quality training.
Many thanks to Vladimir Nikolaevich Chirkov, a theory teacher, for correctly and, most importantly, correctly presenting all the information. It seemed to me that it was unrealistic to remember traffic rules, but everything turned out to be much easier. There were some difficult moments, but Vladimir Nikolaevich individually analyzed and explained everything that was not clear.
Also, many thanks to my instructor Evgeny for his patience. The instructor is extremely polite, calm and friendly. He gave me all the necessary, important knowledge and skills, thanks to which I feel confident on the road and did not worry about the practical exam in the traffic police.
And many thanks to the administration of the driving school, Yuri and Daria, for the fact that any issue could be quickly resolved.
I advise this driving school to those who want to pass their license the first time, become a confident driver and get the desired license without any problems.
I am sure that this is the best driving school in Grodno!
