I had a haircut from Master Elena today. I came out with tears in my eyes, I wanted to trim my hair and make a curtain bang. There are no questions about the haircut of the ends, but the bangs are specific. First of all, the master addressed me as "you", although she saw me for the first time, I am not 15 years old and this should not be. Secondly, I explained several times what kind of bangs I wanted, but in the end it turned out not what I wanted at all. To which the master replied that I have dry and thin hair, she can't do anything more, I don't have thick hair, but I don't have three feathers, my hair is medium thick, long, well-groomed. She asked me to cut her bangs, and Elena said, "Oh, I don't know, it's only going to get worse." I asked her to at least style it beautifully, there are three snot hanging, I ask if this is the final option, they tell me yes... we tried several times to brush DRY HAIR. The master did not even think about thermal protection for my "dry and thin" hair and did not use it. I asked her to at least wet her hair with water to style it, but the master just said nothing and continued to barely touch her hair with a comb and blow a hairdryer.The bangs were not laid down from the word at all, Elena said "put it at home." Why did I come to you to pack at home?? Plus, while she was trying to fix it somehow, I was fingernailed so many times that my forehead started to hurt. I understand that this is not some kind of high-level salon, but this does not mean that they should scratch my forehead, tell me to pack at home and poke. There were happy women and friendly craftsmen sitting next to me, and Elena alone was probably not in the mood, but it shouldn't have affected me in any way.As a customer, I came to the service and wanted to receive it with high quality. As a result, they humiliated me for 45p, cut off my bangs, lifted my forehead and didn't try to fix anything. She came out and burst into tears.

I visited the hairdresser on 12/14/24. I did my hair for the anniversary with master Natalia. 2 hours of incredible work were not in vain - I was the queen at the ball of life!
