The hotel is very conveniently located. Breakfast is served late - so minus 1 star. The administration is polite. They accept payment by cards. The room is clean and cozy. There is water in the room and in the lobby. Bath accessories, a towel are all there for two.

A good hotel, the price for the design is adequate, for the room area is adequate, but you start to look at the details and realize that this price is too high. Plus: the reception is open 24 hours, they went to a meeting and placed us with a cat, arrived at night, took money in rubles as a deposit, changed it in the morning and paid tenge, the room is large, beautiful. Cons: the breakfasts are dull, in some places repairs are required.

Cons: poor ventilation in the toilet (on the third day, the room frankly smelled of toilet and dampness), an uncomfortable bathroom, breakfast was monotonous and average in taste, and they did not offer a choice of coffee / tea, although it turned out there was a choice. We tried to have dinner at the cafe at the hotel, the food was tasteless and the service was long. We ate in another place.

There is a sauna on the top floor, no matter how it relates to the hotel, if there are loud guests there, then you can forget about sleep. The restaurant in the hotel definitely cannot be called a restaurant, the breakfasts are monotonous and tasteless, the rest of the food was also not liked. The room has never been cleaned in a week. The bathroom has not been updated with a set of hygiene products (soap and shampoo), there is no shower curtain.

Friendly, very pleasant staff. Clean and tidy rooms. Car parking in front of the entrance. There are banks near the hotel, if you need to change money, cafes, shops.
The disadvantage is that you have to carry suitcases up the stairs from the entrance to the reception, it's kind of located on the second floor, and so everything is generally not bad.

The audibility is strong, you can hear what is happening in the neighboring rooms due to the lack of thresholds on the doors of the rooms.

The shower room is decorated with marble, when the floor is wet, it is very easy to slip. There is not a single shelf in the shower, soap or shampoo have to be put on a wet floor. Screams from the sauna can be heard in the room during the day, and in the evening and at night from the restaurant. You can only watch youtube on TV, there is not a single channel. In short, I can't advise anyone.

We have been looking for a hotel for a long time, there is another address on the Internet. At the reception they said: we can't change the 2nd year. Armenian design. It is expensive and rich. Stucco, gold, paintings, paths. Parking for cars is free. There are about 7 stops to the center and attractions (although the description says: walking distance). Breakfast: the waiters are Hindus, it is difficult to explain the roasting of eggs (in a steep or snot) coffee is only instant. The price is not expensive. We left early in the morning, breakfast with us was better.
