A wonderful club! The coaches are professionals in their field! Specifically for Astronauts, coach Alena is a super specialist! He always conducts classes in a variety of ways, competently, if necessary, corrects the technique and explains it in an accessible way. I've been doing it for a hundred years, I hope for the same amount, or even more, the Fox will delight me with cool workouts ❤️ =3

Great workouts. Wonderful instructors. Excellent fitness club "Lisa". I've been visiting the Gromov and Cosmonauts branch for about a year and I'm happy with everything.

the fitness center is at a worse level than private ones, but a good trainer, good equipment. tennis tables, a rocking chair are unlimited for 45 rubles, which is half the price of the average price tag. I go to Pilates, I really like everything
