We visit this institution with our child every month. We have a personal pediatrician program. As for the center itself, ALL the specialists are super, those who work with kids and adults! A room for mom and baby, wow! There is a changing table on almost every corner, with clean disposable diapers and garbage bags. It is always clean, all the staff is friendly and courteous (unlike visitors), pediatricians and vaccinations are located on the ground floor, narrow specialists are already on the second floor, a separate area for wheelchairs.

Dentist-therapist Lompik Evgeny Stepanovich. I don't recommend it to anyone. There was a re-treatment of the tooth canals under a microscope due to a lesion at the root (previously the tooth was not disturbed). The doctor treated the tooth and said that it might hurt a little or not at all, go and put permanent crowns. That same evening, the tooth began to hurt, even more at night. As a result, the pain was constantly acute, I did not take more than one painkiller, after three days, I write to the Lode to be registered with a doctor for acute pain after treatment. They made an appointment with the doctor, I came to Lompik E.S., he touched the tooth, the gum and said everything was fine, I told him that I had acute pain, I couldn't help but eat, sleep, the pain was not removed. To which the Doctor replied: be patient, the pain will reach its peak and everything will go away abruptly. I came out of the office and cried because I didn't know how to get through the night and live until morning because of the pain. The pain has been going on for 4 days. The next day, my face was swollen, my condition was disgusting. I signed up for a face-to-face consultation with another specialist and was told: at least antibiotics are needed, well, and a snapshot or a dentist surgeon. There are obvious complications and inflammation on the sign. I write to Lode that the situation is getting worse, the pain is crazy, the face is bloating, I can't stand it, make an appointment with the head of the department. I was not registered for an appointment with the head of the department, but they agreed with the doctor Lompik E.S. to send me to the surgeon. A dentist surgeon, there was E.A. Shitkovskaya, a doctor from God,a human approach, a professional in her field, I express my great gratitude to her for her work, patience, professionalism and tremendous help, this is the doctor who saved me from torment. The surgeon made an incision, put a drain on me, prescribed antibiotics, antiallergic, baths and scheduled an appointment with me every other day, also warned me, if anything, to come to her appointment immediately. Bottom line: after the doctor's treatment, Lompik E.S. had acute severe pain, and the doctor said to bear with it, as a result, then they cut my gum, because there was a complication and inflammation, so that pus came out and antibiotics were prescribed. I have been walking for 3 days with a swollen face, lip and nose. Plus 4.5 days of acute hellish severe pain. And this is not to mention the treatment that will still be associated with the gastrointestinal tract after repeated administration of strong painkillers due to a treated tooth.

It was the first time I dealt with this branch, before I had only positive impressions from visiting LODE, so maybe I was just unlucky.
On Independence 58a, cysts were found on an X-ray of the sinuses, and they were given a referral for CBCT. The address on the direction is Gikalo 1. I came - it says children's medical center, dentistry has moved. I think, well, you never know, maybe they moved yesterday with an X-ray, etc., the forms were not corrected (which is abnormal, given the lack of explanations about this, but at least it is understandable). But I decided to ask at the reception on the 1st floor. They said here, just to the 2nd floor. Okay, I went, gave the direction to the reception, asked if it was possible to pass - yes, it is possible. But there were no coupons, and I left. I came the next day (August 3), gave directions, asked if it was possible to pass - yes, but on a first-come, first-served basis, if you can wait. No problem, I waited, called the insurance company, gave the direction in the office, passed (the thought flashed, however, that it all looked surprisingly similar to the X-ray taken the day before, but it did not occur to me that after so many checks of the direction by different people it might turn out that they were doing something wrong). And only when it was necessary to sort out the payment, and a letter of guarantee came from the insurance company to the CBT, at the reception they found out that I was just X-rayed again, and they don't do CBT at all. Well, at least they didn't take money for the erroneous research. Where to go - go to Independence 58A. Okay, I came there - and we are not doing this, this is for you in the dental department at Surganova 39. I had to go there. There, I must say, they were accepted immediately - but it turned out that they could not do what was indicated in the direction, the device did not allow; they advised to find out at another medical center nearby - but, as a result, it turned out to be closed (specifically, the latter is just the context, and not the fault of LODE, the doctor or the registrar on Surganova 39, here they tried to help somehow, and were honest).
As a result, I spent half a day, not bad nerves - and I did not receive the promised service (but I received a little radiation: although not a critical dose, but still superfluous).
I have never encountered such carelessness even in polyclinics (I admit that I was just lucky), and to see this in a medical center, and even with, to put it mildly, not the lowest prices (if they are not covered by insurance), is very unpleasant and strange

The system did not work , I was not offered an alternative time for another day . Yes, and they were rude, what the hell, 15 minutes before the end of the working day, knock on the office where they put the holters (the girl at the reception offered to come up and clarify whether it was possible to hang it or not because something worked for the campaign), then the senior administrator came up, apologized, but did not offer an alternative (for example: we will dial you and write it down for tomorrow or when it is convenient for you, we will try to write it down, etc.). I see you have a lot of clients, well, nothing will happen to you from the loss of 2 or 3 three. But, time is important to your customers, not money. Your clients are traveling from work, or from far away from districts or regions. Ah, you have constant failures.
