06.12.24, 12:30, disgusting attitude towards customers. Lola and I have been working with clients since the very opening and the first years have been excellent. Today, the girl talked to us with passive aggression and a dissatisfied tone, as if we were guilty of something in front of her. When pointing out this attitude towards the client, the girl apologized. Employees need to learn how to be polite. The desire to return to Lola has disappeared.
