Tapioca is considered the purest of starches, surpassing potato starch in terms of performance. Tapioca starch is a natural thickener that is extracted from the tubers of the cassava plant: the roots are crushed and washed with water, after which a liquid translucent sticky mass is formed, which is dried and used in cooking. Why is it written about vitamins b on the website ?.. Starch is unclear...the balls are sticky and tasteless. It didn't work, I had to throw it out, especially since I definitely don't need starch in my body!
