But, this evening was incredibly dragged by a hookah man named Pavel - that's a real specialist in his field) Polite, tactful, pleasant in communication - asked about preferences in taste, calmly gave answers to all questions that arose)
After we decided to trust him in choosing tastes based on preferences, I got 100%, it's been a long time since I smoked such a gorgeous kalik)

The place is generally excellent. I would especially like to commend the DJ for the excellent selection of musical accompaniment. In the profile class among the franchise, I will pay tribute to the quality of the hookah master's services, everything is at the highest level. Drinks have also "entered". And the only and biggest disadvantage is the "free" karaoke that is offered to guests. In the essence of this offer, there is completely no interest in non-permanent guests. They offer to perform their "verse" in karaoke, but the restriction will apply to you if you are not familiar with the program manager. On a great evening, the mood is just ruined. To the question "why is the microphone not handed over to other guests in the room only from "guests", we get a rude answer "do you have a problem"?! We are not a regular, but I leave a check with three digits. We would like a minimum of respect in the current offer. Perhaps it is worth returning to other establishments of the franchise where customer loyalty is at a higher level than the average minus.

It's a great place. I was there with my wife from December 9th to 10th. Pleasant impressions began from the moment of booking the table, when the reservation was confirmed by the most polite girl: she confirmed, explained, 0 pathos and rudeness (unlike many other hookah bars of the "mint family").
We were offered a table either upstairs or downstairs. At our request, we chose sofas on the ground floor. Hookah master, the waiters were again as friendly as possible. The hookah turned out to be exactly what we ordered. Again, there were no questions about ordering food and alcohol, everything was fast and high-quality. They asked for water for his wife, and brought a whole jug.
Most of all, of course, we were captivated by the karaoke presenter. A very talented and friendly girl, she conducted the program perfectly, encouraged the speakers and gave an amazing performance herself. The voice is gorgeous.
I will separately note the excellent sound in the institution (again, it compares favorably with another "mint" institution, moreover, more popular).
The DJ's set was as cheerful as possible until midnight. The dance floor was not empty of the word at all.
What surprised me was that the place was half empty after midnight. For me personally, for completely inexplicable reasons. Very pleasant staff, professional work of everyone and everyone with whom we had to communicate. Even the rest of the food was packed in a convenient container.
Of the cons: the Internet does not catch, there is no Wi-Fi; the hookah man came to our table only 2 times in an hour and did not even offer to update the hookah or something — but this, unfortunately, is the policy of all establishments of the network. That was a good hookah.
In general, I recommend not to bypass this institution. He has something to attract guests with. Once again, a separate praise for the karaoke presenter :)

Among the advantages: a good location, few people, I liked the interior.
Of the disadvantages (and there are a lot of them): the waiter was called 5 times, they did not approach the table, although we were the only ones in the hall. I had to find a waiter on my own. The order was carried for a long time. The table has never been cleaned in 3 hours, and it is clear that our table is cluttered. A very frivolous attitude. The hookah was not impressed. For us personally, the music was too loud, we couldn't hear each other.
We won't come here next time.

At the same time, the hall was half empty throughout the evening, the food was brought cold and it leaves much to be desired. The waiter was pleased, polite and clearly doing his job, they also made a good hookah.

We arrived at 20.50, the receptionist escorted us to a table, but he was still busy, asked us to wait 5 minutes or offered to take a table in the "VIP room", where there are two sofas, a table, no music and you sit in four walls. Today we visited this institution. The waiter (the girl) served us, I do not know the name, since the name of the guy (the cashier) is indicated on the receipt. She brought us water, which we did not order, in the receipt, the table was rarely cleaned. At the end of the evening, we said that it was our birthday for two people, she refused to punch the boredom into the receipt, as it should have been said at the beginning of the evening, but no one even asked us (I would like this to be taken into account in the future when serving visitors). And the waiter did not even apologize for the mistake in the receipt, the attitude was too arrogant on her part, sometimes she had to press the button several times with an interval of 10 minutes to call her.
