Poor customer service! I went to the store with a girl, she asked the consultant about the availability of high-rise jeans. The consultant's response was shocking: “It's not harmful to want.” The clothes are good, but the service leaves much to be desired!

I really love this store. I've been buying things in it for a long time. But today I was just stunned by the staff (especially the administrator Victoria). I have never met such incompetents and non-professionals. It is very upsetting that such people work in stores. No legislation, no communication with customers, no ability to resolve a simple issue.
