This weekend, on 06/27/2017, we went to St. Petersburg, our company consisted of 6 people, we were very satisfied, special thanks to our guide Eugene, who accompanied us from Minsk and back, a master of his craft, a man with great charisma, with great energy, thanks to him we visited the Scarlet Sails holiday, which was not included The aquarium was also included in the program, also with the help of Eugene! He took the initiative, gathered people into an organized group and continued the tour of the city, so to speak. I also want to express my gratitude to Svetlana, the guide from St. Petersburg (the first day, she called herself dandelion), she told everything very beautifully, it was interesting to listen.
Next, about the rest, the bus is 4 points, the seats are not comfortable and the air conditioning is weak, but the drivers are professionals, which caused inconvenience, about the hotel, they put us in the hotel Russia, the location of the hotel is super, but not all rooms have air conditioning, and since it was very hot this weekend, it was in the rooms it's a little hot, but in principle it's fine for the rest of the positions, breakfast was a Shvets table, eat as much as you want, there are many different cafes, pastry shops and shops nearby, as well as a park and a metro station, so it was quite comfortable.

I went on a Gomel Branch tour on August 24-25, 2024. In general, I liked everything, the program is rich, the weather is good - it's a pleasure))). However, the company's pricing policy was disappointing. Lunch for the stated 20 rubles did not pull in any way, according to any estimates, it cost no more than 10 rubles. For a tour of the Sozh River by boat, we were charged 25 rubles, but it cost 12 rubles in reality. It is very sad that the company's executives deceive their customers in this way, thinking that no one will notice anything. The sediment remained unpleasant.

Good afternoon! From September 5-9, we went on a train tour to Moscow from the Champagne travel agency. It was the first time I went on this type of excursion, I really liked everything. All 3 days in Moscow, our guide was Lydia, who was interesting to listen to, she skillfully conveyed information that I wanted to listen to more and more. Very competent speech.

I am extremely disappointed with the tour to St. Petersburg from the Champagne company. The program did not correspond to the stated one at all. Instead of the promised excursions to the main attractions, we spent most of our time on the bus. The guide was often late and unprepared. The representatives did not respond to my complaints. A trip that was supposed to be unforgettable turned into a real disappointment. I do not recommend this company if you really want to enjoy St. Petersburg.

I bought a railway tour to Moscow (3 days) for two in July 2023. We were very satisfied with the trip - a high level of organization of all issues - excursion service, hotel accommodation, meals - everything is fast, high-quality, on time and without delay. At the conclusion of the contract with the tour operator, all the nuances were discussed, they warned about all the problems that could arise during the trip. The day before departure, we made a general chat in VIBER, where we also simply and intelligibly brought all the necessary information on departure. The head of the group worked brilliantly, provided all the necessary assistance, informed on various issues, made sure that no one got lost, provided communication for those who did not connect roaming or did not connect with Russian mobile operators - well done in a word.. The guide in Moscow also worked out wonderfully, an interesting and thoughtful program - moderately rich and very informative. The buses are clean, not ancient and very comfortable. The Cosmos Hotel corresponds to the declared 3* level, the breakfast buffet in it, a wide variety of dishes, the quality of cooking is normal, everything is also without complaints in these matters. We were not entirely lucky with the weather, but nothing depends on the tour operator here.. Of course, you won't really see Moscow in three days, but for the first time it's quite enough, afterwards you can independently organize a trip for yourself to discover something else, especially since this city is able to surprise and charm both with its past history and modernity. In a word, it is definitely possible to deal with this tour operator, I hope that this will continue in the future..

The New Year's tour to Grodno was a disappointment. The excursions stated in the program are not provided in full. A visit to the Chetvertinsky estate is actually a dilapidated building in disrepair without windows, without doors, polluted with bird droppings. There is no toilet on site and they offer to use the bushes. It was not possible to visit the Old and New Castles in Grodno, as they were closed, although this is included in the tour price. A visit to the synagogue was not even a tour of the building and an internal tour, but a view from a distance of 50 meters. Separately, I would like to tell you about dinners for 23 rubles: soup with chicken broth, cabbage salad and chicken chops or thigh size 7 by 7. Breakfasts at the hotel were cold food in appearance resembling the remains of yesterday's banquet. For the New Year's Eve, the Champagne travel agency set the price at 220 rubles. The cost stated by the Tourist Hotel was 180 rubles. (40 rubles difference). Beer tasting in Three Pines is a tasting of 4 beers of 0.3 liters, Lida brewery and its cost is 30 rubles. My advice is to buy yourself 2 bottles of light and 2 bottles of dark beer at the store. And it's better not to book a tour to Grodno from the CHAMPAGNE company

A hotel in the city center (with great breakfasts). The metro is nearby. If you are a company, then you can travel by taxi, because everything is nearby, it turns out very cheap, cheaper than in the subway).

We ordered a tourist service, which was canceled due to insufficient number of people. They offered to postpone it to another date, or refund the money. We agreed to postpone it to the date that was indicated on the website, but there were no seats. Then they asked for a refund. When the funds were refunded, the bank charged a commission from the returned money. The company refused to refund the entire amount, taking into account the commission. They said that the problem was with the bank, but the bank statement indicated that the money was returned by transfer, not by refund. They also refused to send the original contract by mail, referring to the legislation. As a result: no trip, no full refund amount. Plus, the effort and nerves spent on going to the banks and resolving the issue with the company.
