A small, hyper-comfortable guest house. Very friendly hostess Tatiana! The purity is a reference. Excellent Wi-Fi. The very center of the city. I highly recommend it! At this difficult time, this is the best accommodation option.

A nice hotel with comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. Clear. There is a cafe. And a magnificent British blue cat named Gray, who is considered the owner of the establishment :))

There were problems with the water - the pressure is weak and either cold or boiling water. Wi-Fi is only available near the reception. Of the advantages, the staff is very nice, able to extinguish resentment after passing the checkpoint and fatigue from the road with a warm attitude. Location - it is convenient to stop on the Russia-Latvia-Russia road. There is a cafe nearby, you can walk around Ludza, the town is pleasant.

We didn't spend the night at the hotel itself, but we always stop for dinner at the hotel's cafe of the same name.
Located in the basement, the entrance is both from the street and directly from the hotel. Very tasty food, large portions, not expensive by Moscow standards

We stayed at this hotel after crossing the border at night. We gave 48 euros per night for 4 people. A cozy hotel in a beautiful location next to the cathedral. The rooms are modest, the beds will hold together :)

Creaky floors, lack of sound insulation, poor water supply (sometimes boiling water, sometimes cold).
