I received my luggage several times . I would like to systematize the process of cargo delivery and notification of the recipient either by SMS or by phone call. I have to call several times to find out whether the shipment has arrived or not. It's hard to get through.

We've lost our conscience altogether. That's all money does. The luggage arrived, they did not say 2 days had passed, now they are asking for money for storage. Allegedly, they called, but we didn't take it, figushki. I sent 7 bags and all of them had a phone number written on them. Without a chapel. Without conscience. 1 star is pathetic for such.
