- I was filling up the diesel today and the gun spilled fuel on the car. Judging by the comments, I'm not the only one with this problem, fix the fuel pistols. - the vacuum cleaner station also needs to be repaired. The barbell is broken and sucks badly, you have to add time for cleaning. - I like the fuel quality and the bonus system too.

I always refuel here, I have never had any problems with the operation of the station! (I know what I'm writing about, the moments when the gun falls out of the car, or just doesn't fill up are not very pleasing). Also, there are always pleasant employees who smile, wish good morning / afternoon and evening, in general, create a pleasant atmosphere, even for these short minutes :)

The refueling is not bad, the product range is sufficient, the prices are overpriced, and the convenient location, however, it is completely unclear why ordinary cups for tea and coffee are not on sale with their huge availability. I stopped at this gas station on 06.06.2022 at 6 a.m. I asked to sell 5-8 glasses for coffee and tea for work-they refused to sell: a young arrogant man impolitely motivated - there are no drinks on sale only and separately for sale purposes. Nonsense, lies, and for the first time I come across when at all gas stations in Minsk, including Lukoil, there are no problems. A huge minus and a spoiled morning, I will try to avoid this gas station for refueling the car, as well as a recommendation for Anyone who does not want to fall under the negative mood of the lying gas station staff!

There is a sink, the mirror broke off at the sink, not quite, but it shakes when driving... Fold the mirrors when washing the car!!! It doesn't work out for me, and it broke off on the 3rd pass. PS to wash a dirty car, you didn't have to take the most expensive car wash. So the mirror would be whole :(

I refueled at Lukoil for many years. I began to notice that the loyalty program points were being awarded in a strange way. I started collecting receipts and noticed that the points for subsequent refueling were not getting more, but even less than before. I called the hotline and they told me that the points were burning out. When asked where there is information on the burning of points, I was told that you will not find it anywhere.
